Charges for cutting the BT Surface to 5 to 7 cm depth using milling machine, conveying the milled waste materials to at least for 20 km distance including hire and running charges for the machine , conveyance charges, Unloading at Unobjectionable place. Cleaning the milled surface as to be avoid slippery including all other incidental and Unforeseen items etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand, or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and eveling the site etc., complete.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting 0.396m3 of 45 - 22.40mm & 0.528 m3 of 22.40 - 2.36mm & 0.396 m3 of 2.36mm and below metal stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premix the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to archive the desired density complete as per clause 406 of MORTH specifications.

Advance Patch work 13.20mm Providing Advance Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bitumen per 1m3 of Metal For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the worksite and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for the pre measurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 60 - 70KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat separately over premix carpet etc. including higher charges and fuel charges for, bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MORTH Rev - V Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 7.00kgs/10sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 7kgs of bituminous emulsion for 10 sq.m area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev – V Specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.50kgs/10sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 2.50 kgs of bituminous emulsion for 10 sq.m area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev – V Specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.00kgs/10sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2kgs of bituminous emulsion for 10 sq.m area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev –V Specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross section and compacted by vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 t CMP with bitumen boiler , tipper trucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, vibratory / pheumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause 505 MORTH Rev – 5 (Excluding tack coat )

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30 & 40 mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10ton vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 t CMP with bitumen boiler , tipper trucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, vibratory / pheumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 MORTH Rev – 5 (Excluding tack coat)

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectrising glass based on Bituminous surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 205mm thick including reflectrising glass beads @ 250 gms. per sqm. area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streads stand holes etc complete. (as per MORT & H Specification no 803)
