REPAIRS TO ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE WITH SHELF/ALMIRAH STEEL 1/2HX1/2S AND ALMIRAH MEDIUM (Drg No. FD-67M, 350, 351, 1031 & 1032)

Replacement of existing unserviceable handle by providing new Mild Steel chromium plated handle of standard size including nuts and washers of Almirah large/medium steel best quality as approved all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new 75 mm 6 lever lock with brass levers & stainless steel keys in duplicate fixed with suitable screws, welding as required for Almirah large/Almirah 1/2Hx1/2S and Almirah Medium steel including removing the existing unserviceable lock complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new steel cleats for supporting shelves in Almirah large/Almirah 1/2Hx1/2S and Almirah medium steel including removing the existing unserviceable cleats complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable 3 way locking device from Almirah large steel & supply and fix new locking device all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.04 here-in-above but of Almirah medium steel.

Material and labour for welding of thickness not exceeding 6mm and length not exceeding 2.5cm foot rest of Almirah large steel by gas welding wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reparation of old painted surfaces of Almirah large steel internally and externally including shelves (Top & bottom) by No 50 sand paper and wire brush. Applying putty on the patch and rubbing with sand paper No 150 to make surface even. Thereafter, applying one coat of red oxide primer and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of approved colour all as specified and shown on drawing.

REPAIRS TO BED HARD TOP STEEL (Drg No FD/MAP/E6/08(R)

Removing the unserviceable plywood from Bed Hard and tightening all legs, long rails and short rails of Bed Hard top Steel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing the old welding spots from broken welding joints and re-welding in the same place as required. Preparation of old surface by sand paper No 50 and wire brush and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint in Black colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable /broken ply wood top and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick BWR plywood top alongwith 06 Nos Countersunk screws and washers on three stiffeners all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable shoes and supply and fixing of new PVC shoes in legs of Bed Hard as per existing pattern complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR VERANDAH (Drg No FD-359 & 256)

Material and labour for removing the existing unserviceable/ plastic cane, scrapping the old paint and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-canning of chairs verandah with 4 mm wide 0.5mm thick plastic cane complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Supply and fixing new PVC shoes for chair verandah including taking down old shoes complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

REPAIRS TO CHARPOY GI PIPE PLYWOOD TOP (Drg No FD-220)

Removing the existing unserviceable ply wood from GI charpoy and supply & fix 12mm thick plywood, BWR grade, ISI marked alongwith two angle iron stiffeners 900x25x3mm with 08 Nos Nuts & Bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable / broken long rail 32mm dia and supplying and fixing new long rail for charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing short rail from broken long rail obtained from SI item No 4.02 above and fixing for charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing the existing broken/ unserviceable short rail.

Preparing leg of GI Charpoy made from old short rail obtained from item No 4.03 above and welding 3mm thick base plate to the bottom of the leg and preparing MNF clamp holes as per existing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI 3 way elbow 32mm bore, ISI marked, length not less than 65mm in each way including dismantling of old Gl elbow complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI checknut, 5mm thick suitable for 32mm Gl pipe including dismantling of unserviceable checknut complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (Drg No FD-75M)

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken seat for chair CB steel with arms and supply and fix new Seat of size 450 x 390 mm complete with frame made out of 50 X 50 mm 1st class hard wood members & canned with 2 mm wide plastic cane of oval shaped & 4 mm wide plastic cane for borders in Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drawing including French polishing to wooden surfaces all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5.01 above but for back of chair CB steel with Arms Ready made Seat of Godrej or equivalent

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken Arms rest of chair CB steel with arms and supply and fix new Arms rest of size 420 X 50 X 20mm 1st class hard wood made to complete all as specified & shown on drawing including French polishing to exposed surfaces all as specified and directed. Note: Each Arms rest measured separately.

Supply and fixing MS plate of size 50mm X 20mm X 4 mm thick duly welded on two seat pipe for support to seat of chair CB steel all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces of chair CB steel with arms and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY HARD TOP (Drg No FD/MAP-II/01)

Removing the old welding spots from broken welding joints and re-welding in the same place as required & denting and straightening of MS Pipes. Thereafter preparation of old surface by sand paper No 50 and wire brush and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint in Black colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable /broken ply wood top and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick BWR plywood top alongwith countersunk screws bolted on the stiffners 06 in Nos all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR WRITING OFFICERS (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/12)

Removing the existing unserviceable PVC arm rest and Supply and fix in repair new PVC armrest of best quality one No one piece arm rest of size 24cmx 6.4cmx 3.3cm shall be made out of polyurethane 76-85 shore 'A' Hardness and reinforced with MS insert, scratch and weather resistant complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable Seat of chair writing and Supply and Fix new Seat 75mm thick polyurethane foam (PU) moulded with density 50-55kg per cubic mtr thick and hardness duly covered with tapestry cloth not less than 250/- per RM all as specified and directed

Removing unserviceable back of chair writing and Supply and Fix new back 75 mm thick (PU) polyurethane foam moulded with density 50-55kg per cubic mtr thick and hardness duly covered with tapestry cloth not less than 250/- per RM all as per drawing and as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable shoes of chair writing & supply and fixing new shoes of chair all as specified and directed

LOCKERS STEEL BED SIDE (Drg No FD- 1029)

Removing the existing unserviceable handle of locker bedside & supply and fixing new 100 mm long aluminum Handle all as specified & shown on drawing. Make: Classic or equivalent.

Removing the existing unserviceable hasp & staples & Supply and fixing new mild steel 100 mm long hasp & staples all as specified & shown on drawing for locker bedside complete all as speicified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of locker steel internally and externally including shelves (Top & bottom) by No 50 sand paper and wire brush. Applying putty on the patch and rubbing with sand paper No 150 to make surface even. Thereafter applying one coat of red oxide primer and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of approved colour all as specified and shown on drawing.

Supply and fixing new legs of locker steel made of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet bend to shape duly painted with one coat of Red oxide primer and fix with Gas welding as shown on drg including removing of unserviceable legs complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable conduit pipe and supplying and fixing new chromium plated 20mm dia conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness complete all as speicified and directed.

Removing unserviceable hinges and Supplying and fixing new hinges to shutters by reveting or gas welding as per existing complete all as speicified and directed.

TABLE DINING ORS STEEL (Drg No FD-165M)

Preparation of surface by scrapping the old paint and painting of complete lower MS frame with synthetic enameled paint (One coat) black colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as speicified and directed.

Removal of unserviceable Top of table and supply and fixing new top of size 1800x600x18mm made out of MDF board (Ext Gde) covered from all side with Aluminium sheet 22 gauge thick covered all-round. Top fixed with steel screw of required size complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of unserviceable PVC shoes and Supply and fixing new PVC shoes suitable for MS pipe 25mm square complete all as specified and directed.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER/ CLERK/ TYPIST STEEL (Drg No FD-84/1004/1003)

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken top of steel table office officers and Supply and fixing new table top of size 1370 X 760 mm of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade with both side decorative with 6mm thick half round teakwood edging around all as specified on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable/ damaged drawers of table office officers steel/ table clerk steel and S&F new drawers made of 1 mm thick MS sheet bend to shape as including necessary welding shown on drawing

Removing the existing unserviceable lock and supply and fix new brass lock 65mm 6 lever with duplicate keys complete all as speicified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of tables internally and externally including shelves (Top & bottom) by No 50 sand paper and wire brush. Applying putty on the patch and rubbing with sand paper No 150 to make surface even Thereafter applying one coat of red oxide primer and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of approved colour all as specified and shown on drawing.

TABLE (900x600) STEEL WITHOUT/WITH DRAWER (Drg No FD- 1007/1008)

Removing the existing broken top of steel table office officers and supply and fixing new table top of 900 X 600 mm of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade both side decorative with standard PVC edging around and all as shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable/ damaged drawers of table 900x600 and Supply and fixing new drawers made of 1 mm thick MS sheet bend to shape as including necessary welding shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable lock and supply and fix new lock 65mm 6 lever with duplicate keys complete all as speicified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing steel surface of table by scrapping old paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting complete all as specified & shown on drawing.

TABLE BED SIDE (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/15R)

Removing the existing unserviceable top & supply and fix 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle Board exterior grade of size 450mmx450mm with 6 mm thick teakwood edging all round & treated with French polishing including welding to repairable frames complete all as shown on drawing.

Preparing old painted steel surfaces of frame & apply one coat of black synthetic enamel paint including removing the unserviceable rubber shoes and supply and fixing new of same size rubber shoes all as specified and directed

Removing unserviceable Telescopic channel and supply and fix new telescopic channel 300mm long in any large or small drawers of table bed side all as specified and directed.
