Supply of 20M high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 47 m/s wind speed, with Latching type head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 luminaries in symmetrical arrangement.

Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Supply of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light.

Supply of 240W, 8 No. LED Flood Light with 120 Lm/W, Ingress Protection of IP 66, mechanical impact protection of IK08 & THD should be less than 10%.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals.

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 mtr. long and 40mm dia, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required

Extra for using salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode complete as required

Providing and fixing 6 SWG (4 mm dia.) G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and drawing following size of PVC insulated, heat resistant, flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in existing surface / recessed, Steel/PVC conduit as required.

The pole made out of S 355 grade having dia. 460 mm at bottom and 200 mm on top to be mounted on Suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 or M20 grade concrete with steel channel for the high mast at 2.5 x 2.5 mtr. depth with all materials and labour charges.
