Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces / slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction by weight of cement for filling depressions if any to receive water proofing treatment (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :-(a) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm over concrete surface.
