Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M.sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing weldedor bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coatingandenamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4") including cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification - 1m

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supply and Filling with well gravel layer by layer including cost of watering,consolidation,ramming and cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as per specifications.
