Supply of Cast Steel Deluge Valves with dry Pilot Trim, UL Listed and/or FM Approved, horizontal Inlet & outlet type, flanged ends, Dry Pilot Trim complete with Water Motor Alarm Gong, Air Filter Regulator (to be located on Instrument Air Supply Line), NRV with Restriction Hex Nipple on trim, Dry Pilot Actuator, Test and Alarm Trim, Body Drain & Drip Valve etc. including design, engineering, documentation, manufacturing, painting & protection, lettering & tagging, third party inspection & testing, packing, forwarding, transportation to Paradip Refinery Site as per Tender Technical Specification. Bidder to note that the dry pilot trim of each deluge valve to be supplied by the bidder shall be suitable to accommodate 2 Nos. Pressure Transmitters (End Conn. - M20X1.5(F)), 3 Nos. Pressure Gaiuges (End Conn. - 1/4" BSPT (M)) and 1 No. Solenoid Valve (End Conn. - 1/2" NPT (F)) apart from other components of trim as mentioned above. Scope of supply of pressure transmitters, pressure gauges and solenoid valves shall be in scope of supply of Others.

Supply of Stainless Steel Water Curtain Nozzles including including design, engineering, documentation, manufacturing, painting and protection, lettering & tagging, third party inspection, testing, packing, forwarding, transportation to Paradip Refinery Site as per Tender Technical Specification.

Water Curtain Nozzles, Spray angle -120 Deg., MOC - SS, End Connection - 15 mm NB MNPT, K Factor - 58, UL Listed and/or FM Approved.

Supply of Fire Buckets and other First-Aid Fire Fighting Equipments including design, engineering, documentation, manufacturing, painting & protection, lettering & tagging, third party inspection, testing, packing & forwarding, transporation to Paradip Refinery Site etc. as per Tender Technical Specification.

Set of Fire Buckets (9 lit. capacity each), one set shall consist of 4 Nos. Fire Buckets, with suitable MS mounting stand strong enough to hold the weight of 04 nos. sand filled buckets of 9 liter capacity each with Canopy.

Charges for Site Supervision of erection, testing and commissioning against supply of Deluge Valves with Dry pilot Trims (01 Man-Day for each BOQ line Item No. - 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04 & 1.05)

Per diem charges for upto 8 hours work on normal working days.

Overtime rate / hour beyond normal 8 hours work on normal working days.

Overtime rate / hour for work on weekly off days / holidays (as applicable to Refinery site).
