PROVN OF OUTSOURCING FOR MAINTENANCE OF MARRIED / OTM ACCN CONSERVANCY and HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES UNDER GE NAMS

BOQ ( SCH 'A') Provn of services for monitoring and management of day to day maint and petty repair complaints in one general shift of 08 working hours per day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including 01 hr lunch break) in married and OTM area under GE NAMS and its sub division/area under its jurisdiction. The details of services are as under :- (i) The team providing services consists of minimum 04 person as computer attendant ( for complaint cell). (ii) The contractor's employees providing services for computer attendant in the complaint cell shall be minimum 10+2 qualified Computer literate with MS office Certficate from Govt. recongnized institute and polite. (iii) The services includes registering complaint from users through Internet/IVRS, recieved on mobile phones through SMS/messages/application based complaints e.g. ARMAN App etc or e-mail and manual registering of complaints at complaint cell. (iv) Monitoring and management of complaints, creating reports ie from generation to execution of complaints including pending complaints and reconfirming from users about complaint attended. (v) Upgrading status of lodged complaints at the begining and end of every shift.

vi) Proper record of services (complaints) received and attended shall be maintained by the contractor for making payments. (vii) The Contractor shall provide standard and similiar uniform required to be worn by persons providing services. (viii) Provn of communication facilities incl all the necessary equipment's i.e. 02 Nos computer, internet connection (03 Nos BSNL Broadband/ Jio Wifi connection), 02 Nos Laser Jet printer, 02 Nos mobiles, 01 Nos landline connection, 05 Nos Paper Rim large, 02 Nos register, 12 Nos file covers, 02 Nos complaint slips duly printed by the contractor (ix) Contractor will also supply cloth face mask @ 02 mask/person/month and hand gloves @ 02 set of hand gloves/person/month and necessary hand sanitizers @ 100 ml/person/month to his employees without any extra cost. Exclusion:- The services will not include provision and deployment of tradesman, material, T&P required for day to day maintenance and petty repair.

Provn of house keeping services for the offices and installations in concurrent shift of 8 working hours per day (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with half hour lunch break) in GE NAMS office and subordinate offices as decided by GE. The housekeeping staff shall be minimum 10+2 qualified computer literate with MS office certificate, polite and have working knowledge of English language :- (i) Data Entry (ii) Filing (iii) Photocopying (iv) Computer typing (v) Clerical Work as assigned by section head Note:- (i) The Contractor shall provide standard and similar uniform required to be worn by the attendants. (ii) Contractor will also supply cloth face mask @ 02 mask/person/month and hand gloves @ 02 set of hand gloves/person/month and necessary hand sanitizers @ 100 ml/person/month to his employees without any extra cost. (ii) The team providing above mentioned services consists of minimum 03 Nos House keeping personnels.

Provision of services for maintenance of the open space, garden and Arboriculture, growing the plants in GE NAMS office complex and any other location in NAMS area as directed by GE/EIC and planting the plants of different variety as per the season for concurrent 8 hours general shift each (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch break) in GE NAMS office Complex. Note: The plant etc shall be arranged by the department free for plantation. However, the rate include all the tools and plants etc required for proper and complete execution of the work. Note: (i) The Contractor shall provide standard and similar uniform required to be worn by the attendants. (ii) Contractor will also supply cloth face mask @ 01 mask/person/week and hand gloves @ 01 set of hand gloves/person/week and necessary hand sanitizers @ 100 ml/person/month to his employees without any extra cost. (iii) The team providing above mentioned services consists of minimum 04 Nos Gardener.

Providing of conservency services in concurrent 8 hours working hours per day (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch break) in GE NAMS office complexes and any other location in NAMS area as directed by EIC/GE. The conservancy service will include following:- (i) Brooming and mopping the floor using floor cleaner, Broom and cloth, Freshing the room with room freshner, Cobweb cleaning in room using broom with handle. (ii) Cleaning of bathroom and lavatory using phenol and harpic and nepthaline balls, Dusting the table, walls, window cills, skirting and appliances and cleaning the glass using colin. (iii) Cleaning of roofs using broom stick and steel wire brush and removing the dry leaves and dust, Cleaning of other materials dumped on roof.

(iii) Cleaning of debris on roads and paths (Manually/Mechanically) upto an average height not exceeding 60cm and removal out side the MD land, Cleaning of roads using broom stick and disposing all the garbage to the garbage bin (App length of road 440 RM), Cleaning of open area, road side drain and surface drain of all silt, debris, foreign material, blockage etc to ensure smooth flow of storm/rain water. (iv) The following quantities of various consumable items shall be provided by the contractor and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor :- (a) Soap for hand wash - 11 Nos (b) Disinfectant phenyl - 12 Ltr (c) Acid - 12 Ltr (d) Naphtha balls & cakes - 02 Kg (e) Cleaning agent like Vim - 02 Ltr

(f) Brooms - 04 Nos (g) Brushes - 06 Nos (h) Dusters - 06 Nos (j) Harpic - 04 Ltr Note: (i) The Contractor shall provide standard and similar uniform required to be worn by the persons providing services. (ii) Contractor will also supply cloth face mask @ 02 mask/person/month and hand gloves @ 02 set of hand gloves/person/month and necessary hand sanitizers @ 100 ml/person/month to his employees without any extra cost. (ii) The team providing above mentioned services consists of minimum 15 Nos conservency staff.
