Servicing, Maintenance and Repairing to Motorized Marine Grade Aluminium boat at MISD Lethpora.

Complete Maintenance servicing and Necessary Repairs to Motorized Aluminium Boat docked at Lift irrigation Scheme Lethpora by way of following: Servicing of Suzuki make 40 HP Outboard Engines by way of removing top lid (cover), removing of fly wheel shield, intake manifold, disengaging carburetor etc. The job comprises of cleaning of starting relay using WD-40 rust cleaner spray and drying out using air blower and high absorbent cloth fabric to eliminate out moisture and foreign material. The job also contains servicing of carburetor using specific de-carburizing spray canisters multiple times till desired result is obtained. Removing of old damaged 03 No spark plugs as per manufacturer recommendations (NGK Iridium type). Refitting back all disassembled parts and testing thereof.

Oil and filter change of Engine by draining out used M-Oil from engine and removing oil filter, cleaning inner and outer parts viz filter brackets, air cleaner assembly, gauge needle, chamber lock nuts and engine oil drain plugs etc. using standard cleaning agent and cotton cloth. Providing and filling engine with fresh M-Oil [ SAE 10 W- 40 Engine oil] 2.7 liters The job also includes providing and fitting of M-Oil filter with lock clamps.

Gear oil change by way of draining out of used gear oil, Providing and filling Standard recommended gear oil- 610 ml including refitting the gear oil level plug and the gear oil drain plug.

Replacement, Providing and Fitting of Fuel pump as per sample of the fuel pump assembly. Fuel lines, connections, and fittings associated with the pump shall also be inspected and rectified where ever necessary. After completion of repairs, the fuel pump shall be tested to ensure smooth and uninterrupted fuel supply to the engine and satisfactory performance during operation. The job also includes servicing of and checking of 03 No fuel injectors of each engine.

Servicing of Self-starters by way of dismantling/disengaging of complete assembly from engine, its disassembling, washing/cleaning of all parts using standard cleaning agent and dry cloth, decarbonizing of assembly, replacement of carbon brush set and battery leads, terminals etc. Its refitting and testing thereof. The job shall include shifting of Self-starter assembly to work-shop for repairs and shifting back to the site.

Providing and fitting of hand operated Primer bulb or fuel primer pump as per sample with necessary attachments.

Providing and fitting of 12-volt 100 AH Lead acid battery of below mentioned specifications: I. Capacity: 100 AH II. Voltage: 12 volt III. Confirming to IS: IS: 1652:1991 Latest. IV. Material of battery container: Plastic Warranty: 36 months The job also includes providing and fitting of leads and end terminals of requisite capacity.
