Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition mud in roofs any thickness including and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including tarfelt etc and removing debris by any means out side of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, including making kerbs at wall and roof junction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old roof surfaces by brooming and watering, clearing all dust particles and providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in padding / levelling course of average thickness not exceeding 25 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys ,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Wall and applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 1mm thick cement base wall care putty all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or sufaces of shafts upto a double storey bldg and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of Cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work ceilling concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceilling complete.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100/110mm (Salt glazed ware, PVC pipe, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including fittings etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia including necessary mild steel holding clips fitted to the walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 Ltr capacity but not exc. 1000 Ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as in barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work for portions framed and hung as gates,including hinges,stops,hand-made sliding bolts etc. conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed

S & F Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia and of meshing size 25 x 25mm fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing surfaces new of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint but over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the existing rainforcement of slabs, chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 or equivalent to remove the loose rust particles etc and thoroughly cleaning the surface including necessary cutting, chieseling of ceiling surfaces to receive the the treatment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5-2 parts water) mixed with admixture SIKA LATEX POWER mixed or equivalent @ 5 Kg per 50 Kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @ 200 gm/Sqm to obtain tack etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied suraces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture or equivalent @ 100 gm / 50 kg of cement & finishing the surface even and rough to receive final rendering coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing bore of pipe in 15mm and connections, and removal to store etc complete all as specified and directed.

'-ditto all as per item No 25 here-in-before but of 20mm bore.

S&F Steel Tubes Medium Grade Bore of tube in 15mm galavanised with all fitting laid in walls, ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregateds as in plinth protection, subbase of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings of brick work masonry where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc all as specified and directed.

M&L of brick work with sub class 'B' burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius bult in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description, any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350x 7mm thick coloured tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface of verticle in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, shade & design as approved by EIC/AGE (I), incl rubbish off the primises etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic any coloured/printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floor of shade & designed as approved by AGE (I),set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles,over15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) in floors, incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing sunken treatment upto height of 90CM including plaster and M&L for water proofing treatment on existing sunken floor/wall with the following specification complete all as specified and directed- (a) Laying of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1. (b) 15mm thick (average) plaster in CM 1:3 on sunken floors and walls using WPC in as per manufacturer instruction (c) Apply one coat bituminous primer @ 0.5 Kg/ Sqm on walls and floor conforming to IS 3384-1965 on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated (d) Apply hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm confirming to IS 702-1988 (e) Laying polymeric water proofing memberance weight not less than 3.0 Kgs/Sqm as per manufacturer instructions confirming to IS (f) One spout of 40mm GI pipe length 0.45 M shall be provided in sunken floor (g) Filling of sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 upto height directed (h) fixing of trap as per site requirement

S & F in repair vitreous china wash down water closed pan (Pedestal pattern) with 'P' and 'S' trap including connection to trap and cistern and flush pipe (excl flushing cistern) and making good to disturbed surface of floor all fixed as in repairs all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Plastic WC sheat cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device as in repairs et complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair flushing jet spary for pedestal pattern WC incl flexible pipe and brasschromium plated nuts and bolts and water pipe of size 1150mm long between dia & fixed completed all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs flushing health faucet for pedestal patern WC incl, flexible pipe and brass chromium plated nuts and bolts and water pipe of size 1150mm long between dia & fixed completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Low Level Flushing System PVC valveless syphonic action type, 10 ltrs capacity white, with inlet, ball float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, non asbestos fibre cement building board etc.) or insulation boards/slabs /blankets, any thickness, including aluminium snap grid,cover fillets etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed with screws in ceiling flat or sloping, to timber/ GI/ Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work Size of grid 605 x 605mm for false ceiling complete all as specified all as specified
