Painting to lighthouse tower to the exterior on existing painted surface with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand/ quality (Asian/ Berger) and colour in alternate band after scrapping and cleaning the worn out paint, and including applying of primer wherever required, supply of all materials, labours, tools, rope, boosom chairs, scaffolding etc. complete (At all height of Lighthouse tower).

Painting synthetic enamel paint to interior surface of wall and ceiling with 2 coats of Painting of approved brand/ quality (Asian/ Berger) and colour on existing painted surface after cleaning and scrapping the old worn out paint and including applying one coat of oil primer, supply of all labours, materials, tools, scaffolding etc. complete of LH tower at all height.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, supply of all labours, materials, tools, scaffolding etc. complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/ Berger), having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre including supply of all labours, materials, tools, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brandand manufacturer (Asian/ Berger), over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including supply of all labours, materials, tools, scaffolding etc. complete.

Applying interior Emulsion two coats on Ceiling, inner walls of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger) to give an even shade surface, by brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar draps and other foreign matter etc. including cost of brushes, labour, materials, & ladder and all other charges scaffolding etc., complete .I.Q, P.H and Staff quauters.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm on the existing masonry wall/ RCC including cutting the old wornout plaster surfaces in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including supply of all labours, materials, tools, scaffolding etc. complete.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) admixtured with approved brand of chemical composition (Dr.fixit/ sika) asper manufacturing application procedure i/c applying slurry to the prepared surface including supply of all labours, materials, tools, scaffolding etc. complete.
