SCH 'A' Pt - X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M & L for Bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers and y type, (straight, bends increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.( Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all socketd or socket and spigot) collars caps and plugs complete.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing Centrifugally cast ( Spun ) Ductile iron Pressure pipe 80 mm dia ISI Marked confirming to IS-8329-2000 ( Reaffirmed -2005 Edition 4.1 ) of following size with socket spigot ends, suitable for "Push on Joints ( Tyton Joint )" each standard working lengths supplied with rubber gaskets duly ISI marked for water supply, Class K-9 with socket with cement mortar lining inside and metallic Zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe with out polythylene sleeves but including "Push on Joint" supplied with ISI Marked EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS-5382-1985 ( reaffirmed-2003 ) laid in trenches complete

Construction of stone masonry valve pit for Sluice valve all as specified and as per drawing including plastering, PCC in foundation, Excavation and earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick sheet with locking arrangement painted with two coat of anti corossive paint over one coats of zinc chrome primer of 1200x1200x1200 mm (type 'B').

EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V (EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Supplying, fixing, installing, commissioning and testing transformer step down, 11/0.433KV, copper wound, outdoor type, 3 phase, of capacity 100KVA, 4 wire, 50 cycles per second, oil immersed, naturally cooled connected with delta on HT side and star on LT side, LT side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5% in three steps of 2.5% each with standard fittings/fixtures. Bushing at HT/LT side with neutral brought out complete with first fill of transformer oil to appropriate level, temp gauge, breather tank cooling coil, HT/LT side cable to be fitted with suitable size of thimble/lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Outdoor Type Plinth Mounted) Note :Fencing and suitable size of foundation as per menufecturers instructions and approved by GE deemed to be including in quated rates.

M&L for supply, install, connecting and commissioning of CPRI approved main LT distribution panel board ( MAIN LT PANEL 1 ) , outdoor type, both side openable including locking arrangement with sliding door bolt , cubical type, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, factory made free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubical type, fabricated from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade fully compartmentalised design with 4 Nos insulated bus bar each made of high conductivity aluminium of size not less than 1.25 times of main incomer, prewired with suitable size of copper cable/insulated copper strip including PCC work and Iron work for fixing arragement at site suitable earth strips conforming to IS, cable glands, lugs etc suitable for and comprising of the following.

(A) INCOMING (i) MCCB, 4 Pole,200 Amps,25 kA at 415V with rupturing capacity 36 KA-01Nos

Supply & Fix junction box Single Pole and neutral enclosure compression gland 2 with connector and clamp for pole mounting with two nos of nut bolt and washers and socket complete of size not less than 12 " x 10" x4" complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge . Make : Sintex/ Hensel

S&F in tubes galvanised 40mm bore light grade ISI Marked bent to shape of bracket 1.2 mtr in length for mounting of street Light fitting and fixed to pole with clamp and nut bolt and washer with two coat paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix timer switch for street lights control for 5 KW three Phase rating consists of the following items :- (a) Swadeep-02EC-5KW3P (b) contactor AC3 25 Amps - 01 No (c) Incoming MCB of 25 Amps - 01 No (d) Outgoing MCB of 25 Amps - 01 No (e) complete single phase circuit wiring

S&F junction box single pole and neutral enclosure compression gland 2 with connector and clamp for pole mounting with two nos of nut bolts and washers and socket complete of size not less than 12" x 4" complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in tubes galvanised 40mm bore light grade ISI Marked bent to shape of bracket 1.2 mtr in length for mounting of street Light fitting and fixed to pole with clamp and nut bolt and washer with two coat paint complete all as specified and directed.

Provission of XPM cage Gate on the posision of plinth of transformer hight 1.5m and size 3m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in HT cable route indicator made of RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate of size 200 mm(Length) x 200mm (Width) x 1200mm (Height) duly painted with cement base and written in white colour with lettering MES HT cable/HT Straight joint using two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black colour and including neccesary earthwork and excavation, embedded in PCC M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 nominal graded crushed stone aggregate of size 400mm x 400mm x 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -VIII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS) shall also be applicable.

S&F HDPE double wall corrugated sewage pipe 150mm dia internal bore SN-8 as per IS 16908 Part-II 2013 laid in trenches, jointed and tested as per manufacturer instruction Complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in- Charge for following dia.
