Attending repair works without removing indoor and outdoor AC unit of capacity 1.5/2.0/ ton /3.0 ton split type and tower AC units from its place, including removing and replacing / repairing spares like contactor/relay, outdoor fan motor capacitor, compressor capacitor, condenser fan leaf minor/temporary wire connections, drain pipe line, stablizer, indoor blower motor capacitor, PCB kit, remote control and commissioning of AC unit etc complete., including cost of all men and minor materials including cost of insulation tape, cable tie and thimble, including Labour welfare cess, GST at prescribed rate but excluding cost of spares required for repair/servicing which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.

Attending repair works at workshop by removing transporting indoor and outdoor unit of capacity 1.5/2.0 ton/3.0 ton, split type and tower AC units from its place, including checking leakage of gas, pressure testing, vaccuming, refilling/topping up refrigirant, brazing and soldering whenever necessary, for repairing/replacing punctured copper pipe, cappillary filter & tube, condenser coil, condenser fan motor, indoor blower motor, suction valve, liquid valve, dead cap, flare nut, Out door unit coil base frame, indoor blower leaf and commissioning of AC unit including cost of all men, minor materials including cost of insulation tape, cable tie and thimble, including Labour welfare cess, GST at prescribed rate and transportation charges of AC unit from its place to workshop but excluding cost of refrigirant and all spares required for repair/ servicing mentioned above for replacement which will be provided by the department on free of cost.

Water washing and servicing of AC unit of capacity 1.5/2.0/3.0 ton, split type and tower AC units from its place including dusting chemical cleanning of fins of condenser and cooling coil, blower fan motor, compressor, including cost of cleaning materials, including Labour welfare cess, GST etc., complete.

Dusting of indoor unit coil, filter of split type/ Window unit/tower unit, cleaning with water, brushing of any foreign material with brushes, including cost of brushes, waste cloth, soap/surf etc., including Labour welfare cess, GST etc., complete.

Replacing the defective compressor with new one including pressure and vacuum testing after replacing, arresting all leakages, brazing, insulation etc.,with including cost of compressor and minor materials including Labour welfare cess, GST etc., complete.
