SPECIAL REPAIR TO WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE AND CONNECTED WORKS FOR OFFICER AND WO BLDGS AT VAYU VIHAR BROOKSHABAD UNDER AGE E/M-II AND CERTAIN REVENUE WORKS UNDER GE MINNIEBAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Supply and lay 3 layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked,IS-15801, PP-R, 110mm pipes, SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and PP-R plain fittings in trenches/walls/cellings or laying in floors including all required fittings as in trenches, under road etc complete all as directed. Note (i) The contractor shall provide team comprising of pipe fitter and an assistant for cutting and re-jointing with existing pipe line all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cost for the above items including all type of tools and plants / any type of vehicle / earth moving plant / hitchi / JCB as required at site is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for above items. (ii) The contractor shall take due care while executing the work (i.e non damage of electrical cable, telephone cable, water supply pipe line etc) during execution of work if any fault / cutting occurred shall carry out repair immediately and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of cast iron sluice valve class PN 1.0 size of 100 mm bore heavy duty both ends flanged, suitable for 110 mm sizes bore of PP-R pipe conforming to IS 14846 of 2000 duly ISI marked with wheel operated handle with high tensile stainless steel spindle, including nuts, bolts, washers etc of required size and making arrangement for safe working complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PPR Gate Valves (Brass Insert) of 63 mm bore ISI marked and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PPR Gate Valves (Brass Insert) of 40 mm bore ISI marked and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PPR Ball Valves (Brass Insert) of 25 mm bore ISI marked and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cement concrete in foundations, fillings and mass concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 with 40 mm gradedstone / aggregate and complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for plain cement concrete (1.3.6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified
