Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers will be returned within 30 days of the end of the tender validity period specified in Sub-Clause 8.1

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Achieved in at least Two financial year an average financial turnover of Rs.38.06 Lakhs in the last five years period (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)

Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor, for at least one similar work to an extent Rs19.03 Lakhs. The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent.

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as underAssessed available tender capacity-(AxNx2.5 -B )

A Copy of Valid Turnover Certificate

A-Maximum value of engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e., (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.

N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited.

B-Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 1 months years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

The estimates are prepared based on rates of uniforms SR-2023-24 and GST 18% (prevailing on the date of preparing the estimate) added to the Estimated amounts as mentioned in SR. The estimated amount put to tender for the work is exclusive of GST. The contractor should bid based on the estimated amount put to tender. (Excluding GST but including all other charges as applicable) GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately at the rates prevailing on the date of billing
