Providing Hospitality services at Zerlina and Anand Bhavan guest houses Providing hospitality services to the guests occupying the rooms by giving room services, up keeping of rooms, checking of all electrical and electronic gadgets, replacement of bed sheets, pillow covers etc and attending to all needs of the guest at both the guest houses on round the clock 1) Double bedded rooms- 11 2) Four bedded rooms-2

Housekeeping work at Zerlina and Anand Bhavan Guest houses Manual brooming and moping of both the guest houses floor as instructed by the guest house in charge by using soft broom and cotton mop with required cleaning materials. Removal of dust from furniture items, electronic gadgets, electrical fixtures etc by using appropriate method. Thorough cleaning of W.C bathrooms, toilets, wash basins, wall tiles, bathroom mirrors, window/balcony glasses.
