(g) After issue of Phase I completion, the Plant shall be operated by the contractor till completion of Phase -II and up to full satisfaction of GE/ Engg-in-charge) as per the contract provisions. (h) The Defect liability period of the contract shall start after the completion of all phase-II tests ) (j) The central AC Plant drawing layout designed and prepared by IIT / NIT shall be submitted by the contractor for approval of the Accepting officer. (k) Quantities stated herein above vide item No 1.01 to 1.49 are not firm and may subject to change, quantities stated are for guideline/ estimation purpose only.
Supply, Erecting/ Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of Water Cooler Electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 80 ltrs and nominl cooling capacity of 40 ltrs per hour complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for maintenance free chemical earthing using isogel of Tercel or equivalent of Eric or Unitech or JMV LPS limited, earth enhancing compound 40 Kg use of 3 copper rods of 16mm dia 3 mtr long and place this in 65mm bore pack filled with mixture of isogel and soil, below in the ground and back filled with mixture of isogel and soil. The connection of copper strip with the rod shall be down Bi-Metallic "U" clamps. One 32mm x 6mm copper strip shall be used to extend the earth point upto the test point made of copper earth plate of size 90cm x 60cm x 5mm thick. The earth pit chamber cover shall be made of plastic material. It is to be ensured and tested that earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover (b) Excavation/earthwork is deemed to be included in the quoted rate (c) In case of desired test result is not achieved, the earthing shall be redone with out any extra cost to the department.
M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required for 32 x 6mm copper strip using porcelain clit/post insulators, including brazing if required complete all as specified and as directed.
PRIME COST SUM The prime cost is to be used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide conditioin 1(v) and 5 of IAFW-2249 (a) Lump sum price worked out by the tenderer for prime cost sum of Rs.20,00,000.00 for supply of spare parts of variuos plant/ units as mentione under subject work here-in-above and ordered convening order BOO by Accepting Officer. The materials shall be procured directly from the OEM/ Authorised dealer or as directed by Engineer Incharge. (b) The contractor is to quote the amount in Col 6 of this BOQ adding his overhead and profit. The amount shall be adjusted proportionately to the sum actually expended against Prime Cost Sum. Notes:- (i) Item (s) covered under Prime Cost Sum shall be ordered as per condition 5 of IAFW-2249. (ii) Contractor will quote rate for this item upto maximum of Rs. 23,00,000.00 resulting maximum percentage of 15%. If contractor quotes rate more than Rs 23,00,000.00, amount column shall automatically adapt amount of 23,00,000.00 and percentage column shall adapt percentage 15% . In case of acceptance of such quoted tender, rate quoted against this item shall be amended to 23,00,000.00 through alteration and contractor will have no claim on this account. However if contractor quotes rate less than 23,00,000.00, quoted amount and derived percentage shall be reflected as such under amount column & percentage column. (iii) The Contractor shall have to submit GST enable printed bill for claiming payment.
