M&L for Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil incl cleaning away all grass vegetation, Saplings Shrubs, Brushwood, Undergrowth, Roots and trees not exceeding 30cm girth and removing rubbish up to a distance 50M outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 km depositing where directed. (Outside MD land) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for RCC M-30 grade Design mix (20mm gradaed stone aggregates) as in foundation/ rafts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for RCC M-30 grade Design mix (20mm gradaed stone aggregates) as in walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for High strength corrosion resistant TMT bars, grade Fe-500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups and binders, Cut to length, bent to shape required Including cranking, Bending spirally hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm using excavated soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point. All as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix razor blade galvanised concertina coil of 1050mm diametre made out of 2.59mm thick galvanised wire having weight of each coil @ 15.2Kg+/-5%, stretched to a length of 10 to 12 M to achieve 950mm dia as in fencing to steel posts and to another coil/MS ribs including fixing with special galvanised fastners such as J clips, U clips C clips etc, fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Linear measurement(per running metre of concertina coil of 1050mm dia) shall be measured and paid.

Supply and fixing of Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spaings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including secuirng or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc a directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of wall by vacuum based sanding machine and Painting external plastered surfaces with two coats of 100% ACRYLIC EXTERIOR EMULSION paint of approved make and colour having protection against fungal growth, flaking, fading, alkali and UV de-gradation to give an even shade with required finish over a coat of exterior cement primer including cleaning the surfaces, filling the crevices with approved filler/ exterior wall putty, using mechanical tool/auto roller including scaffolding etc., complete all as per specifications. (Minimum quantity of paint required for new works-Cement primer 2.20 Ltr/10 Sqm and exterior emulsion paint 1.67 Ltr/Sqm for two or more coats) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Supply and fixing of Welded steel wire fabric complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M & L for removing and refixing the temporary chain link fencing with angle iron post incl excavation, refilling, removal of soil and concrete poles etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Earth work in excavation of any type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic , parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including necessary form work finished fair and even surface without using extra cement and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material exc 500 m and n.exc 1.0 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast reinforcement cement concrete Type B1 Type 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
