Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

B/R ITEMS Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming moorum or broken rubble mixed with moorum in layers n.exc 25cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered & rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30mm thick flush door shutter, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side complete and size of member of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 all complete all as directed.

S & F aluminium (Die cast) body, door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed complete all as directed.

S & F 0.56mm thick plain, aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F chromium plated brass tubular towel rail 20 mm dia, D type 60 cm long between flanges complete all as directed.

Supply fabrication and fixing powder coated (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium door shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, powder coated anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings, such as handle (01 No for each leaf) etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Glazing/wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule.

Supply fabrication and fixing aluminium windows/ventilator shutters powder coated (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium windows and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, powder coated anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (01 No. for each leaf), Butt hinges type B-21 100mm size (02 Nos for each leaf) & handle (01 No for each leaf) etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Glazing/wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins & posts including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161 grade St-240 including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts including rivets or nuts and bolts, providing and fixing cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc and also for wedging, plumbing, turning up & fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapizoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw using profiled GI washer and bitumen washer in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint less, coloured dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles (square/rectangular), 10 mm thick (Premium quality), area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm,set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed.

M & L for 60mm thick PVC moulded precast coloured glazed interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and no pigment, casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, confirming to IS-15658-2006 and of shape haxagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc. as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm laid over and including 25 to 30mm thick layer of sand cushioning including filling the interstices with & including sand and interstices on edges filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and rough for receiving wall tiles/dado complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality fixed in aluminium joinery and partitions etc in squares exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

15mm bore.

S & F 15mm bore bib tap cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated long body with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type screwed down high pressure long shank and cup concealed type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.

S & F vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm including one no 15mm bore fancy type pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered HOT or COLD with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe, one No PVC waste pipe 25 mm dia and 75 cm long with 32 mm dia connector, 32mm size waste fittings, brass chromium plated with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end, bedded in red lead cement and other fixed complete including cutting for and pinning in ends of bracket or erecting stand complete all as directed.

S & F in repair vitreous China urinals Half stall type, Model Aquaseal N of Parryware, Cat Part No C-0578 (outlet) or equivalent model of Make of Cera/Johnson/Prayag of size 305x305x440mm, white providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; with & including PTMT grating and union for dishcharge pipe including waste pipe of polythelene of low or high density or PVC 32mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in PVC connection pipe 15mm dia with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F grating doom 100 mm dia of PTMT (minimum weight 25 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars and tested complete all as specified and directed for following bore pipes:-

Taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type and removal from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed to match with existing surfaces.

E/M ITEMS M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable PVC conduit (minimum 20mm bore size) and conduit accessories concealed in walls/ceiling/floors all as per IS including sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes (Heavy duty) with 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, regulators, bell push etc, including 1.5 Sq.mm multistranded copper conductor with green PVC FRLS-H insulated unsheathed earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly for the following :-
