Removing white or colour wash by water washing, scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including Scaffolding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture , over the plastred wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Make : Birla

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give even shade including scaffolding etc., complete the work as per site condition. Make: Asian Paints or equivalent.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour including scaffolding whereever required during the painting work to reach the surface vertically to height upto 10 meters etc., complete the work as per site condition. Make: Asian Paints or Equalent. Make: Asian paints -Premium Emulsion or equivalent.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface including crack filling and scaffolding whereever required during the painting work to reach out the surface up to the height of 22 meter. Make: Asian paints -Apex Ultima or equivalent.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width

Cleaning and washing of stone masonry wall surface with nitric acid including cost of materials, labour, with necessary scaffolding up to 10 meter height complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing of SS 4 '' Width drain pipe with grating of approved design near data center corridor to divert rainwater from corridor with necessary floor cutting, civil and plumbing works etc., complete the work as per directions of Engineer In-Charge.

Removing and taking out the debries and dumping in BBMP approved dumping yards etc., complete the work as per direction of Engineer In-Charge. Note: Each load should be 4 cubic meter capacity.

Dismantling 15 to 50 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Internal Work- Exposed on wall with necessary safety precautions etc., complete the work with necessary scaffolding works.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/ structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall . Building crack repairing work (Up to 20 meter Height): The work involves as per following. 1.Preparation and Cleaning: a.Remove loose debris, damaged plaster, and corroded reinforcement. b. Clean the area thoroughly to ensure proper bonding of repair materials. 2.Repair Works: Crack Filling. a. For structural cracks in columns, beams, chajjas etc.,: Use epoxy injection grouts into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting nipples after curing. b. For non-structural cracks: Use cement-based crack fillers. Reinforcement Treatment: a. Apply anti-corrosion coatings to exposed reinforcement bars. Reconstruction: Use polymer-modified mortar to rebuild damaged sections (edges, corners, etc.). 3. Waterproofing: a. Apply waterproofing coatings to repaired areas to prevent future damage. b. Address sources of moisture ingress, such as roof or drainage leaks. 4. Finishing Works: a. Replaster the repaired surfaces with high-quality cement mortar. b. Ensure proper curing and finishing to match the existing structure. Note: Including necessary scaffolding works.
