Disposing by mechanical transport ; the garbage/ Unserviceable materials consisting of debris, rubbish, packing boxes, Ac sheet, gypsum sheet, grass, serviceable/ nonserviceable items, doors, windows, partitions etc. from domestic house / office to the predetermined locations in the RRCAT campus with all leads at anywhere in RRCAT including loading, unloading, levelling, carrying by mechanical transport as required to maintain cleanliness around houses, parks and buildings in RRCAT campus including cost of all tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge ( Carriage capacity shall be around 5.00 Cum.).
Lead charges for debris by mechanical transport anywhere in RRCAT CAMPUS, including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. complete.
Note: The rates in respect of item this are applicable for the net quantity arrived at after making deduction for voids at 30% from corresponding stack/truck measurements.

Providing pre-construction anti-termite treatment (with of Preferred make 1% concentration) generally as per IS 6313 (Part-II)-1981 guaranteed for ten years complete. The treatment shall comprise of following stages :-
a). Treatment around foundation, footing & columns :- Soil poisoning from the depth of 500mm below ground level around RCC/Brick foundations, columns, plinth beams, walls, etc. with chloropyrifos (1% concentration) @ 7.50 litres per sq.m. of vertical surface including rodding the earth at 150mm centre to centre close to the column/ beams/walls surfaces, spraying the chemicals so as to soak the soil right to the bottom complete including tamping back the soil into place after this operation. b). Treatment around internal/external walls or plinth beams :- Soil poisoning from the ground level upto the level of filled up earth surface around junction of internal/external wall and floor with of Preferred make (1% concentration) @ 7.50 litres/m². of vertical surface so as to establish continuity of the vertical chemical barrier on inner wall surfaces from ground level including making a small channel of size 30mm x 30mm, rodding the channel at 150mm centre to centre to pour the chemical, spraying the chemicals so as to soak the soil right to the bottom complete including tamping back the soil into place after this operation.
c). Treatment of soil below sub grade of floor :- Soil poisoning of the top surface of the filled earth within plinth wall with of Preferred make@ 5.00 litres/m². of the surface including making hole 50 to 75 mm deep at 150mm centre to centre both ways. d). Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building :- Soil poisoning along external perimeter of the building including making holes with iron rods, 300mm deep @ 150mm intervals filling these holes with of Preferred make @ 7.50 litres/m². of the perimeter walls. In the event of filling being more than 300mm, the external perimeter treatment shall extend to the full depth of filling upto the ground level so as to ensure continuity of the chemical barrier. Note: The amount @ 10% of security deposit deducted from the item shall be withheld by the department for a period of 10 years from the date of completion (as per service guarantee).
