Carousel The Revolving Merri Go Round shall be fabricated from steel and powder coated. The capacity of MGR is 8 to 10 child standing. The Dia of the Merri Go Round is minimum 5 feet made up of FRP and the base pipe used for structure is 35 X 35 X 5mm angle along with bearings. Standing base seat should be made up of FRp & using 20nb MS Pipe and also bearing shaft should be moved smoothly.

Liana Made up 20mm MS pipe ‘A-Class’ and Height 6’ is made up of 20 NB MS pipe. To be installed in C.C. base of size 30 X 30 X 45 cm of concrete mix 1: 1 ½ : 3 as per order by enMSneer in charge. The Equipment should confirm to National and International safety norms.

Teeter The 4 seater Teeter is fabricated on 50nb MS base Pipes with T handles on either side. The size of 4 seater see-saw is L-10’, B-4’ made up of Fibre character seats and Steel.y norms.

Liana Calisthenics The frame is fabricated out of 25 NB and 20 NB powder coated MS pipes respectively. There are nine triangular loops made from 15 NB MS pipes, which are welded to the top pipe of the frame. The Size is 6’ X 6’ x 8’s.

Frolic Zone • Square deck of Size 4’.0’’ x 4’.0’’:- The Size of Sq. deck shall be 4’.0’’ x4’.0’’.The vertical Supporting pipes shall be of minimum size 80 NB MS pipes. The horizontal supporting members shall be of M.S. angle of minimum size 40 x 40 x 5 mm or as required. The Platform of of the ladder shall be of aluminum chequred plate of minimum thickness 16 SWG or as required. • Canopy: This canopy over square deck/Rounder shall be made in two layers of fiber Reinforced Plastic with minimum thickness of 3 mm and the same shall be supported on structural Framework of M.S. Square pipe. The layers of ISO Gel coat shall be applied over canopy and two Extra layers on the flange. The colour, design and fish of the outer surface of the canopy shall be as approved by EnMSneer-in-charge • Double wave Slide 3.0’’Ht :- This shall be made of FRP having minimum shell thickness of 4 mm. The backside of the Slide surface shall be mat finished. Layerd of tooling Gelcoat shall be applied to the Slide of MSve it smooth finish. The supporting frame of the slide shall be made from MS pipe of minimum size 25 NB. The pipe shall be Powder coated support of 20 NB MS pipes . • Double wave Slide 7.0’’Ht:- This shall be made of FRP having minimum shell thickness of 4 mm. The backside of the Slide surface shall be mat finished. layerd of tooling Gelcoat shall be applied to the Slide of MSve it smooth finish. The supporting frame of the slide shall be made from MS pipe of minimum size 25 NB. The pipe shall be Powder coated Additional ‘H’ types two supports shall be provided in each slide at reasonable distance . • Spiral Slide 5.0’ :- The spiral slide chute shall be made of FRP having minimum shell thickness of 4 mm in single place and the same shall be supported on center support of MS pipes having minimum size of 80 NB .The backside of the slide surface shall be MAT . layerd of tooling Gelcoat shall be applied to the slide to MSve it smoth finish.The landing module shall be supported on MS pipe of minimum size 20 NB powder coated MS pipes M.S Steel clamps attached to it. Pipe ladder :-The pipe ladder shall be made of powder coated MS pipes of minimum size 25 NB, and ladder shall be hand railing made up of 16 SWG sheet steps with 20 NB, along with ISI 20 NB pipes with center Support of 25 NB MS pipe. Swing Bridge :- It shall be made of MS pipe of having (3.0 inch x 1.0 inch) and 810mm length The MS pipe shall be attached together with the helps of nut and bolts and shall be suspended with 8 mm thick galvanized tested chain with support. The railing shall be made of powder coated pipe support of 20 NB MS Pipe. • Straight inclined bridge :- This shall be made of MS angle iron of minimum size ( 50 x 50 x 5) mm .The top surface shall be made of perforated galvanized sheet of 16 SWG and shall be supported of MS angle iron of minimum size (25 x 25 x 5) mm .The side railing shall be provided on both sides for safety purpose and it shall be made of powder coated MS pipe of size 25 NB and vertical pipe 20 NB.• Split Level Ladder :- This shall be made of Fiber Reinforced Plastic of minimum 4 mm thickness .The purpose of this ladder is to combine suitably two decks at different height with support of 40 NB MS pipes powder coated.• Perfurated Sheet Ladder :- This shall be made of ISI angle (35 x 35 x 5) & perfurated sheet of 16 SWG shall be used in the ladder & Platform will be made Aluminum sheet 16 SWG sheet along with 80 NB MS support & railing is made up of 20 NB MS pipe with powder coat with MS clamps. • Zig –Zag Ladder:- This shall be made up of 80 NB & 25 NB MS pipes.• Are Entry Ladder 3.0’ Ft :- This shall be made up of 25 NB MS pipes mounted with M.S Clamps.• Are Entry Ladder 7.0’ Ft :- This shall be made up of 25 NB MS pipes mounted with M.S Clamps.
