Preparing existing black top surface with wire brush for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a primimng/ tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade @ 5 kg/10 sqmt of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bituminious premix dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous premix dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 45 per kg.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick center lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like, n exc 10cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in bituminous macadam thickness consolidated/ compacted thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 45 per kg.

M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm, depth of pothole exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm including rolling over and grading the broken surfaces using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required camber and gradient and removal of spoil outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for cement concrete type C-2 , 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solar cat eye aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x125mm x25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono-crystalline solar panel 2.4 V/0.30 watt one Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED Six Super bright LEDs of Colour yellow, red, blue, green and white with 10000 to 18000 mcd complete as per manufacture instuction etc all as specificed and directed.

S & F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 P of Sinor infrastructure, fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe (medium grade) of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 brand of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm vide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F road convex mirrors outdoor type, made of one piece polycarbonate plastic of size 80 cms dia, outdoor type, mounted on steel frame including all fixing arrangements and necessary foundations (300mm X 300mm X 450 mm with M15 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild Steel framed work such as square steel bars with sides of 45mm as in pillar/posts for signs etc, Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde 165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for MS base Plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment and similar work conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
