Unloading the job (Motor Rating - 800 KW, Operating Voltage - 6.6 KV, Rotational Speed - 1490 RPM, Frame - NG450, Sl. No. 2181457/01, Make - CG) at the workshop and carrying out the following tasks by engaging personnel having sufficient knowledge pertaining to the work :
Physical inspection of the motor Testing of IR and Pl Measurement of stator winding resistance and inductance Measurement of BTD RTD resistance No Load run of the motor with LT supply if motor permits Measurement of Vibration Temperature Dismantling of motor Separation & cleaning of component Measurement of bearing housing Condition checking of Bearings, DTT, TB etc. Checking of Rotor
Supply and delivery of the following materials as per sample for the above-mentioned HT motor :
Dial-type Bearing Temperature Detector (BTD) for non-drive end bearing.
Bearing 6324/C3 for drive end.
Bearing 6322/C3 for non-drive end.
carrying out the following tasks by engaging personnel, having sufficient knowledge pertaining to the work as mentioned below :
Cutting and disconnecting the both side end-rings (short circuit ring), removing all cracked bars from rotor-slots, manufacturing new set of rotor-bars from aluminium, making short circuit rings of rotor winding, fitting new bars into the rotor slots by push fit, jointing of bars and rings complete followed by machining the rotor.
Dynamic balancing of the rotor with cooling fan.
Thorough cleaning of stator winding, repairing of stator-slots and wedges, and heat varnishing of the stator winding. This includes the cost for dismantling the motor part by part, complete overhauling, reassembling the same by using all newly supplied materials as mentioned above, metalizing and machining of dive-end bearing housing, succeeded by testing and painting the job complete.
Cost for transportation of the repaired 800 KW, 6.6 KV motor from workshop at Kolkata to site by hired vehicle including loading at site with the aid of adequate man power and proper hoisting arrangement.
Improvement of Ventilation Arrangement at Clear Water Pump House Dismantling and taking out the defective/inoperative materials in connection with the existing ventilation system such as fans, air filters, air grilles & louvers, broken segment of outside platform etc. along with its allied accessories by engaging competent manpower and applying proper tools & plants as per direction of EIC.
Supply and delivery of the following materials at site :
Axial Flow Fan (Sweep-610 mm, Capacity-8500 CMH, Static Pressure-30 mm WG, Speed-1440 RPM, Motor Rating-1.5 kW/4 Pole)
Air Filter with filter housing and inlet inlet louvers (Type-3 Ply HDPE Panel Filter, Size-610 mm x 610 mm x 50 mm) (4 nos. in a set)
Chequered Plate for outside platform (2030 mm x 1340 mm x 6 mm thick)
Air Grilles (1500 mm x 325 mm)
Installation of the above supplied materials (Item No. 7.01-7.04) in their respective positions by supplying all the necessary jointing materials etc. by engaging competent manpower and applying proper tools & plants complete followed by testing the entire installation up to entire satisfaction of EIC. This also includes the cost pertaining to the necessary repairs of the structural segment, outside the pumping station and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces properly and subsequent priming work.
Replacement of the HT & LT Power Cable System Supply & delivery of the following materials at site :
6.6 kV Grade (UE), 185 sq.mm, 3 Core, Aluminium Conductor, XLPE Insulated, Galvanised Steel Flat Strip Armoured Cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-2) 2011, with up to date amendments (From RWPS Feeder No.-2 at 33/6.6 kV Sub-Station to Incomer-2 at RWPS).
1.1 kV Grade, 185 sq.mm, 3.5 Core, Aluminium Conductor, XLPE Insulated, Aluminium Armoured Cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988, with up to date amendments (From WTP Feeder No.-1/2 at 33/6.6 kV Sub-Station to Incomer-1/2 at Filter House).

Indoor Termination Kit for the above supplied cable (Item No. 9.02)
Heat Shrinkable Straight Through Joint Kit, suitable for the above supplied cable (Item No. 9.01)
150 mm diameter, medium gauge G.I. pipe with necessary fittings and jointing materials for protection of cable while crossing the road.
Laying of one no. cable above 35 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per metre including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.
Laying only cable above 50 sq.mm but not exceeding 400 sq.mm through RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ and 4 core.
Finishing the end of the XLPE/PVC armoured cables (Item No. 9.01-9.02) by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket, tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.
