The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site & the cost of PCC foundation for placing of RMU on plinth complete all as specified & as directed.
(A) Incoming Load Break Module - 02 Nos each switching unit shall be designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch disconnector and earthing switch cables switch 12 KV, 630 Amp, 21 KA - 01 Set. Snap action mechanism for motorised and manual (Both) operation with integrated earthing switch - 01 Nos. Cable bushing 630 Amp standard C bushing - 01. Fault passage indicator, On(N-1) load break switch where n= no of load break switch >>s/c & E/F FPI with digital display to be added for detection of cable fault. ON, OFF, EARTH mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01. Capacitive voltage indication fixed type LED display - 01. ON, OFF, TRIP mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01. Cable box for termination of cable up to 1 No. x 300 sq.mm - 01.Cable cover standard - 01. Set of 12kV Cable Termination Boots - 01. Cable entry bottom, front - 01
(i) Out going VCBs - 02 Nos consisting of following - function unit consist of vaccum circuit breaker in combination with a three position switch. The three position switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector function and earthing function circuits breaker unit is equipped with an current transformer for the protection of distribution Transformer/circuit vaccum circuit breaker 12 KV, not less than 630 A, 21 KA - 01. Spring assisted closing with stored Energy triping mechanism for motorised operation with integrated earthing switch - 01. live cable LED indicators thrugh capacitor voltage dividers mounted on the bushings push button for breaker trip - 01 sec O/C + E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and High set for Over current and earth fault Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also current also relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping - 01 Alarm trip indication 6 window annunciator for transformer faults Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH indication -01.
Supply and fix cable route indicator made of RCC(Nominal mix) type BO 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with 8 mm TMT Bar 1.5 M height x 60 cm wide x 10 mm thick tapered on top visible above ground duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 11000 volts will be given by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of sheet steel clad encloser HT 11 KV Indoor type, dust & vermin proof, motorised, as well as manually charged, fully interlocked, horizontal draw out and isolation type floor mounted, 12 KV grade (Or nearest higher) arc-proof Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) switch gear, rated for 11kV, 630 Amp, internal arc not less than 25kA/3-sec, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR not less than – 25 kA for 1sec repturing capacity both side extendable type complete as per IEC 62271-200 and IS- 1311, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, with all standard accessories and metering equipments complete all as specified and as directed and comprising following : - Including the cost of PCC foundation for placing of VCB on plinth complete all as specified and as directed
(i) 11kV, 630Amp, 25kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100. Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 01 Nos. encapsulated vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24VDC)
(ii) Current Transformers 11kV, 100/1-1, Core1: Class 5P10, 5VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 5VA, Core3: Class PS-X - Set of 03nos. The 'PS' core will be of suitable knee point voltage and ratio so as to succesfully implement Transformer Differential protection scheme for the upstream power transformer.
(iii) Potential Transformers, rear and bottom Draw-out type for easy maintenance, 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 25VA, Cl.0.5 with associated gun-type HRC fuses and MCBs for HT/LT isolation - Set of 01nos.
(iv) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 03CT+01PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults like (1) directional over-current or earth-fault in any of the three phases, (2) negative sequence currents due to line-to-line or conductor-break faults, (3) residual and three-phase under-voltages/over-voltages (4) circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (5) tripping-circuit-failures and interpanel tripping/blocking signals via GOOSE based peer-to-peer communication, on IEC61850 protocol. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage etc. and display the same locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. TCP/IP based WebHMI shall be integrated part of relay for remote setting without requiring any special relay software.
(v) Metering Equipment incl. 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Tri-VectorMeter (Acc.Cl.0.5) for measuring of PF,KVAR,KVA, KWH ,frequency, voltage with accuracy 1.0 for avtive energy.
(vi) Indications - LED for Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged/R-Y-B, 08-Window Annunciator with hooter
(vii) Control Equipment incl. 01 x TNC Switch, 01 x Emergency Trip Push Button, MCBs for AC/DC isolation as required
(viii) Other accessories incl. Space Heater with thermostat for breaker, busbar, LV panel and cable chamber, 3-Pin socket with switch, CFL lamp.(Location- Rangpuri )
NOTE : - The VCB should connected with existing VCB panel of Make : CG The cost of connecting of VCB with existing bus bar and making good is deemed to included in the cost of VCB.
M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing including HDPE 100/160 mm dia suitable as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.
