Providing and applying on exterior surface with PREMIUM Exterior emulsion paint of required shade to give protective and water proof finish minimum 3 coats applied 1.40 lit / 10Sqm up to final finish as per relevant I.S Code 15489:2013 Type -2 Class D , C (Glossy /Semi Glossy finish ) (Product such as Asian Apex ,Dulux Weather Shield Prima E900 , Berger Weathercoat Antidust , Nerolac Everlas Excel , Nippon Sumo Etra, Opus True flex) inclusive of providing abro tape on edges and articleand cleaning of door, windows, floor and surface as required with all tools tackles and labour etc. complete for the work. Providing and applying for renewing the existing putty/paint surface with white cement based polymeric exterior grade putty for one or more coats applied @ 1.50 kg/ 105 qm as per relevant I.S. code 17545:2021 Product such as Birla wall care, Asian trucare, JK wall putty, Berger Bison wall putty) to make the surface smooth and even with all tools tackles and labour etc. complete for the work.

Removing of paint on internal plastic emulsion/enamel paint by scraping sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc.complete.

Removing of paint on external surface exterior emulsion/cement paint by scraping sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete at all height.
