Design and Construction of Canopy at IOAGPL COCO Mother station Kalmassery under IOAGPL Ernakulam GA

SECTION -1- CIVIL WORK

EXCAVATION UPTO 1.5mt : HARD SOIL Excavation up to 1.5 mt. depth in all kind of Hard soil in any plan dimension including stacking of serviceable excavated earth, and disposal of surplus and unserviceable material away and outside the IOAGPL boundary limits, after backfilling using serviceable earth, irrespective of lead involved by means of mechanical transport or any other equivalent means, keeping IOAGPL indemnified of any liabilities from statutory/local bodies, all complete as specified & directed. Proper shuttering/support has to be made to support side soil wall and to avoid collapse of soil. Soil to be leveled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C. : (1:4:8) Providing and laying Plain cement Concrete of nominal mix 1:4:8 by mass (1 cement:4 coarse sand: 8 crushed stone aggregates/gravels) with 40mm down size graded crushed stone aggregates for all depths below and up to plinth level in foundations, drains, fillings, non suspended floors, pavements and ramps or any other works etc. in any shape , position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed, including tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing etc. all as specified including the cost of materials, labour, tools, tackles, machinery, steel scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing all complete as per specification and direction of EIC/Consultant. Actual/Net measured quantities shall be paid. Cost shall excluding of formwork.

RCC : M25 (SUB & SUPER STRUCTURE) Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of nominal mix M-25 (1:1:2) Grade Excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement , with 20 mm & down size graded crushed stone aggregates in SUB-STRUCTURE and SUPER STRUCTURE below plinth level of all types e.g. foundations, rafts, beams, slabs, pile caps, retaining walls, jambs, counter-forts, buttresses, trenches, manholes, pipe encasement, catch pits, drains, RCC pits, equipment foundations, pedestals, columns, pavements, suspended floors, brackets etc. and in SUPER STRUCTURE like beams, slabs, walls including Centring & Shuttering with counter forts, staircases, landings, steps, facias, gutters, shelves, window sills, canopies, lintels, ducts, brackets, chhajjas with drip molds etc. and any other structures in any other structures (including single pour concreting upto 50 Cu. m.) providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering, to give a smooth and even surface for all depths below and upto plinth level in any position, shape, level and thickness etc. including the cost of materials, labour, tools, tackles, machinery, steel scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing all complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Actual/Net measured quantities shall be paid.

TMT STEEL REINFORCEMENT : Supplying and placing in position High strength deformed TMT Steel Bars Reinforcement (Conforming to IS:1786, Grade Fe 415/500/500D) of TATA or equivalent make (as approved by EIC) for RCC work including transporting, straightening, cleaning, de-coiling, cutting & binding to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractor's own 16SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fan hooks etc. for all heights and depths etc. complete as per specification, directions and drawings. ALL MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR. (Supports, Chairs and laps are included in the cost and no separate measurement qty will be paid for the same) Reinforcement steel shall be of Tata, Sail, vizag or approved by consultant.)

Fabrication : Structural Steel, Structural Fabrication Works - Supplying, Fabricating, Erecting & Fixing in position structural steel items viz. structure, Canopy structure, Monolith tower, trench covers, dispenser frames, cascade structure, pipe support, valve support, hand railing, ladder, staircase, clamps, brackets and all miscellaneous steel works as detailed and as directed by EIC at all levels using MS angles, beams, channels, tees, plates, pipes, rounds, squares, flats including hard wares like hinges, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. of various sizes and other structural steel sections conforming to IS 2062 including straightening, cutting, fabricating, welding, bending to shape, bolting, fixing in position, welding to other MS structure item or insert plate embedded in wall/concrete at site and finished the surface neat after grouting. Rate shall include for painting with two coats 50 micron DFT for Each Coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of 50 micron DFT for Zinc chromate primer, etc. complete, as directed by Engineer In charge. Material shall be of TATA/VIZAG/SAIL/ESSAR or other equivalent make only. Actual/Net quantities measured shall be paid. Weight of washers, nuts & bolts shall not be paid extra.Note :1. Welding rods of Adani or Ador make only to be used.2. ISI marked E-7018 to be used for welding on beam or truss part and 6013 for rest or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.3. Welding rod to be preheated to 60 degrees centigrade before usage.4. If fabrication work is done at site then contractor will have to bear the electricity consumption charges.

FULL BRICK MASONRY: SUB-STRUCTURE & SUPER STRUCTURE Providing and laying FULL BRICK MASONRY (230mm th. or more) with bricks of class-1, strength not less than 35 kg/sq.cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) in one or more brick thickness and in any shape in sub-structure & Super Structure at all depth/level including the cost of materials, labour, steel scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting & laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape and size, embedding the fittings & fixtures, curing etc. all complete as per specifications. All materials including Cement to be supplied by the contractor. The rate shall includes cost of material, labour, tools tackles, machinery etc. all complete.)

EXTERNAL PLASTER : 20mm Th, Double coat, Sand Faced (Tippani)/Mala Finish (1:4) Providing and laying 20 mm thick two coat external sand faced tippani finish Cement Plaster on exterior walls of building & Compound wall in two layers including making groove and Tapak where ever required. (Consisting of 12 mm Th Base layer with rough finish in CM 1:4 with waterproofing chemicals and 8 mm Th top coat in CM 1:3 finish with sponge) including surface preparation, hacking the brick Masonary or RCC surface at all height/depth with all tools, material, labour, scaffolding and curing etc. to make even finish in true lines and levels all complete as per specifications and direction of engineer in Charge. Rate shall include providing & fixing chicken mash jali of best quality available & fixing it at brick and RCC junction all complete. Actual/Net quantities measured shall be paid..

Removing & Relaying of Existing Paver Block Removing and Relaying upto 80 mm thick ( grey or red ) rubber molded paver blocks of approved pattern in forecourt area or as per located in Existing Paver Block with laid over 50 mm thk river sand bed and joints to be filled with river sand and Compaction by Mechanical Compactor. Paver blocks should be in proper line and lvls. Paver block pattern.

FLOOR:GRANITE STONE (18MM THK) Providing and Laying 18 mm thick mirror polished, machine cut Granite approved color in floor, steps, wall and dado etc. laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in true line and plain level with cement slurry to fix on wall / dado are cut according to the size and shapes given in drawing or to suit site dimension of the room and desired pattern with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment , adhesive like araldite, including rubbing, curing, nosing of corners, cutting in profile, architectural works, etc. complete as per directions of Engineer In charge. [ Rate to include all labour, material, tools, tackles, hire charges, water charges, wastage, overheads etc. complete.] Actual/Net quantities measured shall be paid. For 100mm height skirting, payment to be made by considering skirting area multiplying 1.5 times to net area.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to be batter. Rough finished surfaces of concrete (Flat)

SECTION -2- ELECTRICAL WORK

GI lightning rod 25 mm dia. 1800 mm long including supply of all hardware bare copper rope labour etc. complete as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Design, engineering,supply including packing and forwarding, transportation, delivery at storage, of the 1.1kV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, FRLS power and control cables (conforming to IS:7098 and specification) of following sizes in trenches/ excavated under ground trench/trays, pulling through pipes and its proper sealing, cutting of paved area, roads etc.

Supply of electrical accessories including, cable tags, cable tie ,Flexible pvc conduit,cable marker, nickle plated lugs, double compressed brass cable glands,brass adaptar/reducers/nipples, fixing of metallic anchor fasteners for supporting of cable trays and misc. electrical switchgear including all labour and materials complete as required and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & Installation of GI Strip (25X3) mm

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of Flameproof 80 W surface mounted LED lighting fixture for dispenser area canopy lighting with all fittings and accessories with all material and labour as per specifications, drawings and instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Work to be completed in all respects. Area lighting, integral flame proof well glass fixture (CMIFR approved for Zone-1/2 gas group IIA & IIB)

SECTION - : ARCHITECTURE WORKS

PRECOATED GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET ROOFING Providing and fixing precoated galvanized steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm + 0.05% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15- 18 microns using self-drilling/self-tapping screws complete: Ridges plain (500-600mm)

Canopy Roofing: Providing and fixing Canopy roofing 0.6 mm Trapezoidal profile high tensile belgalvanaium steel sheets (fy= 550 mps) having profile depth of 28-32 mm and pitch of 186-250 mm with zinccalume coating 150 gsm and 35 microns super polyester colourbond XRW quality paint system (BHP make or equivalent), compatible flashing, fittings E. and fixtures and erecting them on roof/ sides using self drilling, self tapping fasteners at proper positions, water test, all work as per specifications by consultant. Make: SPACO/ INTERARCH

Canopy G.I Gutter: Providing and fixing 0.6 mm GI Sheet gutter (made from 16 SWG sheets as per required size or as specified ; in rectangular/Trapezoidal shape/as required with runner/purlins/base structure with adequate framing/GI nut bolts/bitumen washers etc. including providing foam fillers/bitumen adhesive taping/silicon injection so as to make the total surface water tight including making connection to down take pipe complete. fixed with G.I. 'J' or 'L' hooks and flat iron clamps complete. visible area shall be calculated for final measurement.

False Ceiling: The Luxalon or equivalent exterior 150F ceiling system shall consists of 150 mm wide aluminum panels which can simply be clipped into the prongs of a 150F carrier. The stove enameled aluminum panels shall recyclable, lightweight and strong. The panels shall supply in any length upto 6000mm. Panels shall join by using the panel splice. The carrier shall black, made of 0.95mm thick (for 150F) stove enameled aluminum and should provided with prongs to accommodate the panels. Carriers should have a standard length not less than 5000 mm and to be connected by using the carrier splice by sliding the ends of the carriers into each other (150F). The carriers shall be suspended at centers determined by the wind loading graphs using a rigid leveled suspension system. It shall Designed to withstand positive and negative wind loads. Utilize the washer set to isolate dissimilar metals. Carrier spacing (panel span) and carrier span (hanger wire and rigid support spacing) varies depending on design wind pressure (pounds per square foot). As a general guide. The wind load P.S.F. 35, panel span 29” rigid support spacing 20” & for P.S.F. 40, panel span 26", rigid support spacing 20". mention wind load, panel span and support spacing is based on using 3 or more rows of carrier, and is not valid if 150F panel is attached to less than3 carriers. Maximum panel overhang = 6". Maximum carrier overhang = 6". Hanger wire (min. 12 ga.) must be located at each compression strut. Compression strut (1 1/2"16 ga. CANOPY ACP: P & F of 4mm thickness,foil thichness 0.5mm Th, ACP of exterior type of approved make with warranty, PVDF coating, UV resistance, fire rated (EN13501- 1- B1 Grade, BS476 - Part 6 & Part 7), Corrosion resistance, including MS framework (box pipe size 25x50mm (or as approved by Civil EIC) with max spacing 600mm c/c) where ever required, scaffolding etc. complete for Canopy facia & columns. Scope shall include supply and fixing ACP with framework suggested or approved by EIC or architect and as per detailed drawing with cutting, bending and fixing in true line & shape with screw at every 9" distance and filling up joints or groves with approved / suggested black / Transparent / approved colour silicone as directed by architect / EIC. ACP colour shall match withIOAGPL branding colour. Other than listed approved ACP make, ifIOAGPL required colour is available in other make needs to be get approved fromIOAGPL EIC based on manufacturing technical data sheet and assurance for required warranty.IOAGPL shall reserve rights to approve the make matching with their branding colour..

Canopy Branding : Supply and Installing of canopy facia sinages, includes approved colour printing and pasting of cut/printed vinyl work at all four side of facia and LED backlit "ADANI GAS" & "CNG" or "LNG" embossed letters at three sides of Facia & at one side cut vinyle font as per the specification and size as per the branding documents approved by client. Etc all complete. Acrylic Letters : LED backlit Supply and Installation of 75-80mm embossed front glow LED backlit Acrylic letters "ADANI GAS" & "CNG" of required size and shape, easy to maintain and water tight as per the specification and size as per the branding documents approved by client etc. all complete. Sufficient number of LED lights to be provided so that uniform glow may appear from letters. LED light should be 0.7W, 5years warranty with 10years self life of Korean make /(Samsung Geo Q), GE or as approved by EIC to be used and Scope shall include fixing and installation of the letters on Canopy Facia / Monolith / Office building or any structure as suggested and directed byIOAGPL including necessary electrification work using approved make FRL/FRLS wire and connectors to connect with main power line all complete. Vendor to arrange and use necessary scaffolding, tools tackles, safety belt, PPE as perIOAGPL safety standards. Longer side of the individual font/logo part shall considered for payment measurement.

CANOPY GLOW SIGN LOGO Supply and Installing projected acrylic Backlit letters 2" embosed 2' in Ht. with neon white back light as per scope of work, detailed drawings and technical specifications including all necessary fittings. With Providing & Fixing Neon Transformer at LOGO & Monolith as per specification & instruction by site in charge

Actual/Net quantities measured shall be paid.

160 MM DIA PVC PIPE For Rain water line

Supplying and laying in position of 100 mm dia PVC pipes, 6 KG/CM2 with collars conforming to AS IS FOR DRAINAGE etc. including cutting the pipe if necessary, lowering, laying in position to proper levels, slopes, clamping etc.caulking the joints with spun yarn soaked in neat cement slurry and finishing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2sand),CC, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall include all material, labour, tools, tackles, equipment and machinery supply, sampling, testing etc. all complete.

Model T-19 ( 50mm dia 3 meter is used in place of the conventional GI earthing ) (Old Earth pit needs to be dismantled due to the canopy foundation so the new Earth pit is considered)

ELECTRICAL/EARTHING CHAMBER: 450 x 450 x 450mm Construction of brick wall chamber / pit for electrical pit / Earthing pit/ water chamber of approved size and shape as per in detail dwg. with excavation, soiling, PCC (1:4:8), RCC, Copping, full brick walls, fixing MS frame and MS cover, copping surface shall finish using surface hardener, inside finished with a 15 mm water proofing smooth cement plaster, primer & paint etc. all complete incl curing & testing. 12 mm thick M.S. plate cover with frame as per detail with one coat zinc chromite primer and two coat 50 micron Synthetic Enamel / Oil paint as directed by EIC of approved colour and make etc. all complete as per specifications and approved by consultant or client. Work shall complete as per detailed drawing. Chamber Dimensions shall measure in to in.

GI PIPE: 50 mm Dia B-Class Providing and installation of G.I. Pipe B-Class (Medium) as per IS:1239, TATA/ASIAN or any other ISI mark equivalent make including all required G.I. Fittings and specials i.e., bends, tees, crosses, plugs, reducers, cowls, offsets, etc. in pipe ducts, sunken floors, by making cavity in brickwork, RCC work including clamps and hinges, cutting, bending and making threads, etc. and testing of complete installations. Damaged surface shall be properly finished after installation of pipeline with cement mortar/putty/plaster of paris, etc. as per the condition and directions of Engineer In charge. Actual / Net measured length of total pipeline shall be paid.

PILE WORK : 400MM DIA, 1 BLUB RIMMED, M25 RCC Boring 300MM DIA holes in ordinary/hard soil, manually or mechanically, for cast in situ piles of diameter with provision of min 1no under reamed/Bulb as per specification or detail drawing whichever is higher. Excavated surplus unserviceable soil to be removed and disposed out side company limit as directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Scope shall including boring excluding scope of reinforcement & concrete . Supply and installation of Concrete & reinforcement as per design shall paid extra as per approved rate. Rate shall include supply of manpower, equipment, bentonite and machineries as required. Rate for under reaming inside the bore holes for under reamed piles of following nominal diameter shall not paid additional other then pile.

Supply & Installation of 50 KVA Prime Power Gas Gen set including AMF Panel, Metering, PRV,Piping, hookup from existing CNG Pipe line of pressure flanges etc with eathernet communication, Latest CPCB norms as applicable during supply of equipment. complete in all respects.

Supply & Installation of the complete earthing and lightning protection system, earth electrodes/ pit, earth main ring, earthing of electrical equipments, instrument panels, field instruments, process equipments and pipes/ flanges including all associated civil work with all material and labour as per specification and drawings approved by the company.

Supply & Installation of Earth Pits- GI PIPE Electrode with 6 mm thick chequered plate cover (Considered for DG Neutral and body earthing)

Supply installation & Fitting of 20m High Mast as per specifications and standred brinding drawing inclusive of hot dipped GI Pole, MS frame structure with aluminium composite panel 4mm thick clading and retro reflective vinyl sheed printed with IOAGPL logo in standred colours as per specification transportation, installation and fitting complete as per scope including preparetion of foundation of High mast as per the soil conditions, etc. complete (note; desigen, architecture and GA drawings shall be contractors scope and same will approve by PMC/CLIENT before excution)

ENTRY/EXIT SIGNAGE Supply and Eraction of Lane signage of approved size with ACP box of Blue and Green color along with white retro reflective vnyl on ACP box complete with 150 mm D MS pipe support painted with MRF PU blue paint in match with blue ACP as per scope of work, detailed drawings and technical specifications with all necessary structure and fittings.
