M & L for security light energy saving & environmental friendly long life LED light made up of pressure Versatile die-cast aluminium housing with LED as lighting source of capacity 45W LED with IP – 66 incl bracket made out of GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade, 1.2mtr long bent to shape with MS flat iron clamps made out of 40mmX 6mm thick FIat, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cable path indicator made out from cast iron and fixed on MS angle iron including PCC (1:3:6) 20 mm graded stone aggregate (size of PCC Block (0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m) buried in ground and path indicator top visible above ground duly marked “LT Cable” and painted with blue paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse and for sand cushioning for under ground cable including spreading and puning down desired thickness compete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for laying liquid seal coat with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size mixed with 9.8 Kg of bituumen applied and rolled to a uniform surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified.

S&F for DWCPE (SN8) 150 mm inner dia pipe including necessary connection & joints complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for 100 mm dia DI sluice valve both side flanged with SS spindle PN 1.0 with bolts, nuts, washer and rubber gasket complete all as specified & directed.

Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes etc. for area filling/ forming embankments including raising(any height from EGL)/lowering by approved earth and including raising earth spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick each layer, watering, compaction with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc, any high/depth from EGL. Notes for : (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from out side MOD land of any lead, at his own arrangement. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With reference to clause 3.6 of MES schedule Part-II on serial page No.21 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finished embankment/traverse of filled earth after consolidation/compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk.
