Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete (As per DSR 9.83)

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. Twin rubber stopper (As per DSR 9.101.2)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete. (As per DSR 10.22)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Providing and applying Poly urethane sealant (P.U 1000) on roof sheet joints with 3" width including the cost of applying and formwork (Ladder, Ghodhi etc.) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. (N.S.)

Providing and installation of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by the Engineer in charge) 0.50mm +-5% total coated thickness (TCT) thick zinc coating 100gsm as per IS 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-4 microns epopxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat of 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metres or as desired by the Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed by using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with whitel ead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete in all repsects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 8mm thick tuffoned glass panes over existing chowkhats or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)
