Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonery built in cement mortar including all quoins , pillars etc Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 except bricks Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.&removing rubbish to a disance not exc 250m Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint over 2mm thickness putty, having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces using roller for painting Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 2 mm thick applying a layer of JK/ Birla putty on wall surfaces including cornics etc for proper levelling of plaster complete all as specified and directed.
