Renovation of the Judicil Court Complex at Rampur Bsr. in Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla H.P.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Repair to plaster of 12mm to 20 patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer- In-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings. through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Removal of serviceable glass of any description except polished plate from old woodor metal frames etc. (any hickness or size) racking outold putty etc. including risk and making good breakages intaking out and handling including stacking within a lead of 20 Meters.through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Providing and fixing 6mm (six milimeter) cement bonded particle board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nail (frame work and cover fillets to be paid separately) in place of E-board for ceiling for toilet and porch with Everest sheet including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Polishing two coats with french polish on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface enamel paint of approved design or its equalent on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matters and sand papering as required with paint complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick flush door shutters including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges core of black board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched firtst class Indian teak ply veneering with vertical grains of cross band and face vaneers on one face and commercial ply veneering with vertical grains of cross band on other face of shutters as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 30cm wide 30cm deep 120cm overall box type 0.63mm (Zero decimal six three milimeter) prepainted stel sheet gutter with bolts and nuts and washeres etc. including carriage of mateirals, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation whinin all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 300x300mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash down,water closet European seat (PRIMA) No. 20012 of Hindware/Cera with integral 'P' or 'S' trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1(1 cement : 1 sand) (Seat and over to be measured and paid for separately) as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing white plastic seat and cover (Solid / Hollow type) for wash down water closet with C.P. Brass hinges and rubber buffers. as per HP.
