Earth work in excavation by mechanical means( hydrolic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three decimal fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) size so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand:eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm( forty millimeter nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all heights / depths including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6(one cement: six sand ) including curing complete in any depth/height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm (thirty eight millimeter)thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement:two sand:four graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm (twelve point five millimeter )nominal size) and curing complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax ,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100(eighty/hundred) or equivalent using 1.70 kg. (one point seventy kilogramme)per square meter on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

12 mm (tweleve millimetre) cement plaster of mix 1:6 (one cement: six fine sand) in single coat on the fair side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with with water proofing cement paint of shade (Neolac/Assian/Dulux/Berger)having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg./ 10 sqm. . including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .
