REPAIR REWINDING OF CEILING FANS AND EXHAUST FANS UNDER GE (WEST) FEROZEPUR CANTT

Taking down ceiling fan from existing location of Md Accomodation and other than Md Accomodation area and dismantling of ceiling fan sweep 1200/1400 mm including fan blade, down rod, coupling, decorative caps, condenser housing, stator and rotar and replacement of defective parts complete all as specified including complete overhauling as per manufacturers instructions, reassembling and testing of 24 hrs complete and after repair refix at existing location of md accn and OTM all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : 1. Repair/maintenance work will be carried out at site OTM and Md Accomodation. 2. Emergency/genuine complaint should be done by contractor within 24 hrs if not done an amount of Rs 350 will be charged.

Taking out the old burnt out winding from the fan, rewinding with super enameled superior quality copper conductor winding with similar gauge & size as per original incl sleeves, varnishing etc of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm complete and repaired fan should be refixed at existing location of md accn/OTM after testing of 24 hrs complete.

All as per items No 5 here in before but wall mounted fan 450mm

S&F in repair/replacement of motor with copper winding suitable for 200/250/300 mm plastic exhaust fan/ventilating fan/Air circulating fan/Fresh Air fan including disamantiling and refitting and connection of exhaust fan complete and repaired fan should be refixed at existing location of md accn/OTM after testing of 24 hrs complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coat of painting for ceiling fans/wall mounted fan/exhaust fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including writing CA No and MES No in black paint filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repalcement flexible 2 core copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm wire PVC insulated super conductor twin core for replacement from ceiling rose to ceiling/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Anchor/Polycab/Finolex

S & F in repalcement capacitor of 2.5 MFD and after repair refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed. Make : EFCOS/ASIAN/Bajaj/Havells

S & F in repalcement capacitor of 4 MFD and after repair refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed. Make : EFCOS/ASIAN/Bajaj/Havells

S & F in repalcement Ball bearing Suitable for ceiling fan of sweep 1200/1400mm duly greased packed in suitable size (6201/6202) packing and after repair refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed. Make : NBC/SKF/TATA

S & F in repalcement of complete hanging clamps upper and lower bolt, nut, washer, split pin, rubber reel of requred size complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Repair/maintence work will be carry out at site OTM and Md Accomodation)

S & F in repalcement of fixing screw of fan blade any size and after repair refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed.

S & F in repalcement Bush suitable for any type of ceiling fans/ wall mounted fan/ exhaust fan, incl mechanical laithe work all as specified and directed.

S & F in repalcement shaft suitable for any type of ceiling fan incl mechanical laith work etc and after repair refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed

S & F in repalcement plastic canopy (set of 02) with screw suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep and after replace, refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing ceiling fan blade 1400 mm of Make Crompton made out of aluminium sheet 14 guage duly painted each (set of Three) and after replace refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing ceiling fan blade 1200 mm of Make Crompton made out of aluminium sheet 14 guage duly painted each (set of Three) and after replace, refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans M S frame complete with legs (set of four) including rubber as per sample for 450 mm sweep complete including removal of old U/S frame and after replace, refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 22 here-in-before but 230mm & 300mm

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan blade for Exhaust fan 230mm & 300mm and after repair refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan blade for Exhaust fan 380mm & 450mm and after repair refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed.

S & F down rod 15mm dia of 1 mtr in length alongwith hole at one end and cut for hanging of fan and after replace, refix at existing location of md accn/OTM all as specified & directed
