Water Supply Arrengement

Item No 01: Drilling of Borewell with DTH bore (with transportation) (200/215 mm dia. In soil and murum and 150 mm dia in hard rock)

Item No 02: Providing and supplying in standard lengths ISI mark rigid unplasticised PVC pipes suitable for potable water with solvent cement joints including cost of couplers, as per IS specification no. 4985 / 1988 including all local and central taxes transportation etc complete.

Item No 03 : Providing and supplying 180 mm dia PVC Pipe cap.

Item No 04 : Yield Testing of Borewell by air lift methods on 90 deegry vee notch including flushing of borewell for half hours.

Item No 05 : Providing, erecting and giving test of submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design. Antithrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with the pump. 3 m submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump.

Item No 06 : Removing existing borewell pump and motor for repair and after repair and giving successful run installation pump and motor into borewell etc complete.

Item No 07 : Providing and fixing on walls/ ceiling/ floor 50 mm dia. uPVC pipe with necessary fittings, remaking good the demolished portion etc.complete.

Item No 08 : Supplying & erecting automatic control panel for 3 Phase , 415 volt, A.C, Submersible/centrifugal pump set up to 7.5 HP consisting of DOL starter having relay range 9-14 AMP,S.P.P., Combined ammeter/ voltmeter, phase indicating lamp enclosed in CRCA powder coated Vibration proof enclosure with IP 54 protection. Control Panel should offer single phasing, phase reversal, phase imbalance etc .

Item No 09 : Supplying & erecting flat flexible 3 core 4 sq.mm PVC sheathed submersible type copper cable suitably clamped at fixed intervals with column pipe assembly complete

Item No 10 : Supplying, erecting & terminating FR XLPE insulated, galvanised steel formed wire armoured (strip) cable 1100 V, 2 core 6 sq. mm. aluminium conductor complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/AL.
