Taking down carefully ceiling fan from any height single phase 230 Volts of any make and 1200/1400 mm sweep after disconnecting electric cable connection from ceiling rose etc and transporting to workshop for repairing/servicing/overhauling and testing after repair complete and refixing at its original location all as Specified and directed. (a) Necessary safety measures is to be taken while dismantling and fixing of fan . (b) Proper Scaffolding arrangement / ladders is to be used while dismantling and fixing of fans and the rate is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) Any damage / loss to govt property will be make good by the contractor at his own cost. (d) Rewinding/Painting and replacement of spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.
