Supply, commissioning erecting and testing of static silient type (sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 75 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled with matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and with DG control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank , exhaust pipe complete including PCC foundation of suitable size at least one metre wide all around and 0.5m height from GL, anti-vibration pads complete all as specified and directed, including all feature to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:- Note- The load testing of DG Set shall be tested at factory site by the officer detailed by the Accepting officer before dispatch and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

DIESEL ENGINE - Diesel engine 1500RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, conforming to IS:100001/ ISO3046/ BS:649/ BS:5514 amended upto date,for continous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in any 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator of capable 75 KVA at NTP, fitting with the following accessories subject ot the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil bath type (iii) Electronic Governor class 1 A with back up Mechanical governor class 1A ,Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level (v) Radiator (vi) Radiator fan with guard (vii) Vaccum indicator (viii) Fuel filter and fuel houses (ix) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (x) Fan and water pump assesembly (xi) Lub oil filter and pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator including adequate number of high capacity maint free lead acid batteries 12 Volts DC 180AH as per manufacturer recommendation including inter connecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stopping switch voltmeter, etc 01 set (xiii) Engine safety shut down system against low oil pressure and high water pressure (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charge (xv) Lub oil cooler (xvi) Engine main manual with spare part list (xvii) Suitable designed acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations

Digital Control Panel with all accessories with bypass arrangement as per manufacturer's specification displaying the following :- Battery voltage , Water temperature, Lubricating oil pressure and trip, Engine Speed, Engine hour Run, Frequency , Voltage, Current in each phase., Fuel consumption, Fault indicatorwith hooter/ buzzer for over speed, over load, high temperature and low oil pressure. and Overspeed stop

ALTERNATOR shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 75 KVA continous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic automatic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible couping and conforming to IS-4722 complete

Common fabricated base frame for engine and alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per manufacture recommendations is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Bottom mounted (or as per manufactures design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed.

Bypass arrangement by providing separate panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 160 Amp is to be installed near AMF panel complete all as specified and directed.

AMF CONTROL PANEL: Supply & fixing ,fabricating and testing of factory mounted cubical automatic main failure panel outdoor type with degree of protection IP-55 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 75 KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 3mm CRCA sheet, powder coated with 7 tank process comprising of suitable rated bus bar, internal wiring with control fuse, provn of connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories:- (i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off-01 No. (ii) Digital multifunction meter MF 4410 of make L&T -01 No (iii) Push button start, stop, reset-01 No. (iv) Set of LED lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil presure. (v) Battery charger (vi) Set of relays and contactor suitable for 75 KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacity adjustable to 70 to 100% and 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 100 Amp, 25 KA fixed on main supply and DG set supply. (vii) Bypass arrangement by providing suitable nos and capacities of changeover switches

Excacation in trenches in hard/ dense soil n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying cables and getting out complete.

Return filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in hard/dense soil after cable are laid and tested complete.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc.1.5m above the starting point complete.

M&L for sand filing with clean dry fine sand unsashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all specified and directed. Note : punned thickness sahll be measused and paid.

Supply & Laying sub slass 'B' bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable prtection complete all specified and directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles ,LT UG XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of size 95 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI strip 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts washers of brass connected to earthing test point all as specified incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil incl 40mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of channel dust and commomn salt PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth pit with 40x40x6mm MS angle ironframe RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4_) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) internally and upto150mm below ground level externaly, PGI funnel with 20mm dia GI pipe and wire mesh complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part 1 and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified

S&F Laying GI Tubing of lights grade of 100 mm dia with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete al as specified and directed

M&L for drilling suitable for horizontal bore holes for insertion/laying of 100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual device as required at sitr including making good distrubed surface to match with the existing streta after laying pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/ loose soil etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Removing excavated materials nexc 1.50 m above the starting point and up to total distance beyond 50m and n.exc 250 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) tpye D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate in subbase complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) tpye B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finish the surfce of concrete by broom when concrete will green complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron as in columns pillars for shed including all necessary drilling, bolting or reiveting and welding etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes of similar holes each n exc 0.5 cum gating out returning filling in and ramming earth of broken rubble mixing with earth around in layers not exeeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil material to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg )in foundation filling and mass concrete as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L pre-painting galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screwed as specified and directed by E1C

S&F Joist channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently , without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinay lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicatign Afe-290 (Gde E-165)

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coath of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
