Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material of rock from site to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5m from the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and as directed.

M & L for LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 120 Sq mm, 3½ core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs LT Control panel board, indoor type,double door, floor mounted, overall size not less than 1500 x 1200 x 500 mm, having independent compartment for bus bar, incoming feeder and each outgoing feeders, dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with copper bus bar of 800 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutral 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators - 01 Set including necessary copper cables of suitable size for MCCBs/MCBs / change over switch / inter connections, common earth bus bar of GI Strip 32 x 6 mm at bottom with panel board at two earth terminals, cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each out going and in coming cables in cable alley panel board and painted with powder coating in siemens grey colour and provision for the following incoming and outgoing accessories all as approved and comprising as under : -

Note for item Nos 11 & 12 : - (a) New MCCBs/ Change over switches are measured and paid seperately under relevent item of this schedule. (b) Rate for Interconnecting copper control cable along with necessary copper lugs are inclusive in the quoted rates. (c) The dimension of panel given in the schedule are approximate size only. The contractor should obtain necessary approval / layout /general arrangement for panel form Engg in Charge prior to commencement of work. (d) Cost for connecting of existing old UG cable of any size / type to new incoming / outgoing terminals by cutting to the required length, addn/altn and provision of necessary cable lugs, cable glands, nut, bolt and washers, etc., shall be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for graded coarse aggregate (broken stone or boulders) of size 40 mm in substation yard for laying all as directed and as specified.

M & L for LT heat shrinkable cable Jointing kit suitable for 3.5 core 70 to 150 Sqmm aluminium cable all as directed and as specified.

M & L for LT heat shrinkable cable Jointing kit suitable for 3.5 core 185 to 300 Sqmm aluminium cable all as directed and as specified.

M & L for removing vegetation, grass, scrubs and bushes or any small tree branches growing in Sub station yard along with fencing, around the pole, under the HT / LT transmission lines, yards or any description by manually / mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 m all around of any size obstructing lumination of street light and touching LT / HT Over head line and stay wire including removing trimmed tree branches all as directed and as specified.

S & F in repairs MCCB 4 Pole, current rating 630 Amp, adjustable over load and short circuit with Microprocessor release setting , breaking capacity 36 kA at 415V, 50Hz, including necessary spreaders / cable lugs / nut, bolt and washers if required all as directed and as specified.

All as per item No 18 here in before, but for 4 pole 400 A, having breaking capacity 36 kA.

Supply and fix in repairs cable junction boxes IP 66/69 protected “halogen free and weather proof” suitable for outdoor type ( with metric knockouts for cable entry) of size 155 x 210 x 92mm including necessary suitable size new backelite connecting terminals mounted on saddles suitable for 3 phase with neutral system - 04 Nos of suitable length and thickness and connecting the incoming & out going LT cable connections in the terminal block of junction box and fixing clamps made up of GI flat of size 32 x 6 mm of suitable length-02 Sets, including GI nut and bolt and washers on poles complete all as directed and as specified.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to GI strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary earth pit PCC 1:3:6 chamber be 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover , watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and as directed including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials. Note : GI earth wire upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

S & F in repairs Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground / fixed on walls / ceilings by using suitable size GI saddles etc including taking out old one all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches / on wall / poles / structures in repairs GI tubing light grade for road crossing for cable protection of the following sizes including necessary suitable size MS flat fixing clamps, fixing screws complete all as directed and as specified.

Taking down carefully ACSR of any size from OH Lines (running on 9/11 poles) after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed / undersize conductors. all as directed and as specified.

Restringing and restretching aluminium conductor reterived under item above including necessary binding with insulators using alunimium binding wire, connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Restretching aluminium conductor or GI wire on existing over head lines (running on 9/11 Mtrs pole) without removing including unbinding from insulator and rebinding to insulator using aluninium binding wire , connections of incoming and out going cables, binding with spacers where required, complete all as directed and as specified. Note ;- For measurement length of each conductor shall be taken seperately

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only cross arm with cross arm supports/ angle iron induct frame etc incl nut, bolt, washer, welding, bending, hot or cold drilling holes for insulators bolts in any size or shape all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as directed and as specified.

Dismantling and taking old/UNSV stay assembly including Stay wire and loop type insulator complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for stay assy complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 20 mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I or directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Excavation, PCC, saty wire and loop type insulators shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for repair and replacement of galvanized stay strand of size 7/4 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions (90 x140) mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green all as directed and as specified.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size all as directed and as specified.

Fixing of Serviceable shackle type insulator retrieved against SI item No 49 above of 100mm high, 115mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified, required at site and as directed.

Fixing of Serviceable pin type insulator retrieved against SI item No 49 above of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut all as directed and as specified.

S&F for Pin type polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washers and one GI iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11 KV grade all as directed and as specified.

M&L for HT 11 KV Disc type insulator with hardware, single disc assembly, polymeric insulator, vitreous145mm high and 255 mm dia and socket type, all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fix in repair aluminum strip 25x3.15mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fiber and fixing screws all as required at site and as directed.
