Repairs/ replacements of Gantry and Shifting of HT Transformers at WSS Sheikhpora Well No. 04

Repairs to the overhead gantry at WSS Sheikhpora well no 04 by way of: a) Dismantling of damaged/buckled beam from the vertical posts. b) Repairs to damaged vertical angle iron posts by way of straightening, welding etc. c) Replacement of damaged /buckled I section beem by departmental 5” dia GI pipe 12 feet by way of cutting to size, welding support plates to withstand the load . The job includes all the charges on account of arrangement of skilled labour /welder, welding set and other tools and takles etc at site. The job also includes shifting of the pipe from sub divisional work shop to site.

Repairs to 65/80mm dia column pipes by way of: a) Extraction of column pipes from the well b) Isolation of 08 No damaged flanges from column pipes using gas cutter. c) P/Welding of fresh flanges to the pipes. d) Re fitting of column pipes. The job includes p/f of fresh rubber washers, nuts and bolts for joints

Shifting of 100 KVA (Standby) HT transformer from Migrant colony to Sheikhpora Well No. 07 by engaging Hydra crane and installing the same in place of damaged HT transformer at well no 07. The job includes demounting of the damaged transformer from the base frame and placing at a suitable safe place near the site.

Shifting of 100 KVA (Standby) HT transformer from Ganie Mohalla old to Humhama Heights by engaging Hydra crane and installing the same in place of damaged HT transformer at Humhama Heights. The job includes demounting of the damaged transformer from the base frame and shifting through load carrier to site.
