Demolishing c.concrete manually/by mechanical means incl. disposal of unserviceable material as per directions of EIC complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work above plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m. (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) From brick work in cement mortar

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to I:S: 2222 in Superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) and curing complete excluding cost of bricks

Brickwork with common burnt clay F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in C.M 1:6 ( 1cement:6 fine sand) including all carriage of material as involved upto the site of work complete.
