Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level with and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) with and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area as compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even & smooth but without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 20 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing in Cement Mortar 1:4 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface of walls, with and including two coats of cement base paint ,over with and including one coat or alkalic resistance primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in Kerb stone,quoin blocks , apex stones set in cement mortar 1:4 , weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, with and inlcuding necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type- B2 ,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick Sand cushioning for laying bed for interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment, factory made, any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, made out of M-40 grade concrete laid over sand cushioining complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under approriate item of Schedule'A' BoQ.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement punched tape concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and 600 mm dia,max coverd length 8 RM having a core wire of height carbon spring steel high tensile strength. The punched tape and cover wire (2.5+- 0.35mm dia) shall be heavy galvanized (IS-1730) (wire-275 GSM & strip-200 GSM)to provided protection against outdoor exposure.the punch tape shall be mechanically crimped 'over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil .the width of the strip as 19 mm and specing of blades 24.00+-0.5 mm C/C.the weight of each coil shall be 8+-0.5% Kgs without packing material and coil length 8 Mtr (max) when open up each coil would with bituminized hessain cloth for providing protective packing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The weight of concertiana coil shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by GE. BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with the RAR /Final Bill while considering the payment against concertinal coil.In the absence of BOO payment shall not be relaeased.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel screw bolts with diameter of neck 5mm to 10mm dia, (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not excedding 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00kg per Sqm in floors and grey cement and no pigment over with and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement concrete 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
