Providing and laying of damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources).Location : MBT Terrace.

Providing and applying two coats of Dr.FIXIT Pidifin 2K ( Power + Liquid only ) complete as instructed by Engineer in charge. Methodology of application: Primer coat a)Surface shall be celaned thoroughly with wire brush and light chisels for making the surface free. b)The cracks more than 5 mm wide and all separation gaps should be filled up with DR. FIXIT SUPER LATEX OR URP modified mortar or as specified. c)When the entire surface is clean,dry and moisture free, applied 1st coat over the surface Horizontal direction and 2nd coat applied over the surface Vertical direction the time gape in between 1st and 2nd coat minium 5 to 8 hours. d)After primer coat area 12 mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement motoar ratio to add Dr.FIXIT URP (Liquid for 500ml for 50 kg cement bag ) after completed wall plastering work one day curing if any should be rectified as directed by Enginner in charge.Approved Make: 1.Water proofing material : Dr fix it 2. Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20mm nominal thickness and of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete. Location : MBT Terrace.

Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra Preapre the surface thoroghly by jet washing Surface shall be celaned thoroughly with wire brush and light chisels for making the surface free.When the entire surface is clean,dry and moisture free .Apply one coat of DR.FIXIT PRIMESEAL (dilute with water in the ration 2:1) and allow it to dry for 2-3hours. Laying one coat of fiber gloss mesh and apply the first coat of High solid, UV resistant, PU membrane waterproof coating of Dr. Fixit ROOF SEAL ULTRA and allow it to dry before taking up the second and third coats ,drying time between coats will be 6-8hours .The sequence of colours top coat colour approved by the Engineer in charge this would ensure correct consumpation of material will deliver a total DFT of 1mm. The primer and 3 coats of DR.fixit ROOF SEAL ULTRA totally acheive a minimum thickness of 1mm DFT.Allow the system to air cure for 7 days as per instruction of Engineer in charge.Location : MBT Terrace.

OUTER WALL RAIN COAT SELECT: Providing & Applying First of Basecoat on Raincoat WPC as Second coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Select – single component UV stable Top coat in approved shade for exterior coating comprised of high quality acrylic emulsion polymer, light fast & weather durable pigments, properly selected & graded fine fillers, additives & biocides. The material shall be applied un-diluted in right angle to Universal Basecoat layer and DFT of 190 microns, as per manufacturers recommendation etc, complete. The product shall have Elongation > 100% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength : 2.5 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Water Resistance conforming to SS 500, Crack bridging ability conforming to Class A4 as per EN 1062 Part 7, Positive hydrostatic pressure > 7 bar as per DIN 1048, Anti-carbonation property complying EN 1062 Part 6, RCPT conforming to ASTM C 1202. Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.Location : MBT Terrace.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).Location : MBT Terrace.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Making of khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.Location : MBT Terrace.
