Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone blinding the surfaces with approved blinding chips, supplying & finishing / quality murrum including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per specification drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling/removing existing flooring/brick works/ PCC/ RR Masonryworks/kerb stone/paver blocks etc. by chiselling at all floors and levelsincluding scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials within 500m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials within lead of 5KM from the guest house premises by mechanical transport etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing chain link fencing including dismembering, labours, scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials within 500m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials within lead of 5KM from the guest house premises by mechanical transport etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing MS Gate including dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering,labours scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials within 500m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials within lead of 5KM from the guest house premises by mechanical transport etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing Reception counter/wash basin counter etc. by chiselling at all floors and levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials within 500m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials within lead of 5KM from the guest house premises by mechanical transport etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position G.I. chain link fencing 8 guage mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm to the existing post including blots, nuts, washers, and 6 mm dia GI J hooks and 6mm dia fixing rods, including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved metal primer along with existing post etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of specified grades at all locations & depths for the following works using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing,transporting, placing in position consolidation,finishing, curing etc. complete all as perspecifications, drawings & as directed by theEngineer in Charge. Note:Nominal reinforcement if provided shall be measured & paid under relevent item.

PCC of grade M-10 in foundation, mudmat course,footing of dwarf wall etc.

PCC of grade M-15 for sub base flooring and other area.

PCC M-25 in ,sub base flooring, foundation, pedestals, cable pits, cable trenches, plinth protection,Coping etc.

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS 4926 (Latest) in lieu of conventional RCC items, supplied by approved RMC manufacturers including transportation, pumping, etc ,complete as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying steel bars of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling,straightening, cutting,bending placing in position and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor & shall not be measured for payment.

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL ,TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking /removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for form work in foundation , plinth or tie beams,lift pits, cable trenches, electrical pits etc. atall locations for all geometrical shapes inplain,curved surfaces of structural / RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys,wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets,cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces ofform work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment & stop boards for construction joints etc. will not be measured for payment. b) The rate for formwork shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and all geometrical shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces. c) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well inadvance. Prior written approval of form work shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. d) Nothing Extra Shall be entertained for revision in drawings.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in super structure above plinth level at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band at sill level and lintel level all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately)

Cement plaster in single coat with Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 at all floors, heights, slopes and locations on plain or curved surfaces including rounding wherever required including toprepare the surface even and smooth to correctline, level, plane and plumb including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as perspecifications, drawings and as directed by theEngineer in charge.

6mm thick cement plaster in ready mix Cement mortar(1 cement : 4 fine sand) for , exposed concretesurfaces, soffits of all slabs and beams soffitof staircase waist slab etc. internal brick /concrete surfaces.

15 mm. thick plaster in ready mix CM 1:4 mix for internal brick / concrete surfaces for all wallsand beams flush with walls, mullions etc.

External/ internal cement plaster of various finishes as specified below in Ready Mix Mortar 1:4 using RMM +Putty at all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line,level and plumb, curing including making grooves, vatas, plaster fluting (plaster in steps) etc. where ever required complete as per specification and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

20 mm thick in two coats for brick/concrete surfaces (external / internal) (backcoat and finishing coat of 10 mm. thick each)with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement.

12 mm thick in single coat smooth plaster finish for independent concrete/brick surfaces.

Extra over plastering items for making and finishing in matching plaster finish grooves of various sizes as per drawing , in plaster, at all locations to proper line, leveland plumb all as per specifications , drawing & as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying internal plastered surfaces ( walls /ceiling) with two coats(1.5mm Thick approximately) with cement based wall care putty of M/s. Birla white at all floors and lcoation. Plastered surfaces finished smooth to correct line and level, plain, plumb etc., including preparing surface, scaffolding ,double height/ multi level staging, cleaning,lead, smoothen the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper on not less than 500 number to get a glossy finish etc., complete all as per drawing ,manufacturer's specifications, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting plastered / concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of approved colour and shade over a coat of approved cement primer including all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding,cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks &crevices with approved putty, curing thesurface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Painting with two coats of Premium interior acrylic paint (over plastered surface/Over false ceiling) of Asian Premium Emulsion of M/s. Asian/Rangoli Super Acrylic Emulsion of M/s. Berger/Gold Acrylic Emulsion of M/s.Berger/Acrylic Dulux Super Smooth of M/s. ICI or other approved equivalent make of approved shade / colour, with one coat of approved cement primer, including covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding ,removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Two coats of premium interior Acrylic paint over one coat of approved cement primer .

Two coats approved Gold paint band on False ceiling as per approved design and drawing.

Two coats of approved Gold paint highlight on False ceiling/wall etc as per approved design and drawings.

Providing and applying synthetic plaster finish paint "Renovo/Durashield/RUF & TUF of Sherwin Williams[BJN Paints]/ Chemtex or approved equivalent paint over plastered surface by applying one coat of approved coat of ASP as per manufacturers specification by trowel and applying Two coats finish of approved colour and shade on specified locations internal /external surface in plane, curved / any geometric shape as recommended by approved manufacturer, to perfect line, level, plumb including finishing with sharp edge at corners, nitches etc.all as per manufacturer's recommendations and specification or as directed by EIC, including all labour materials, scaffolding, double height staging, if required & surface preparation etc. all complete at all heights, leads, location and lifts as specified in drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge Note:- Finished surface area shall be measured for payment.

Synthetic plaster of approved single colour, shade & texture.

Painting over the existing/old structural steel frame, cover ,fencing etc. with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour over a coat of approved steel primer including cleaning/rubbing the old surface , removing the vegetation growth if any etc. complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by EIC.

Providing & laying machine cut & machine mirror polished kotah stone on sitting steps,facia,tree guard top,flooring,steps, riser etc including necessary cement morta rbedding / backing, close jointed & grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level, curing etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cutouts,wherever required etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.a) On sitting steps,tree guard ,steps etc of required length ,shape and 25mm thick laid over & including 20mm. thick cement mortar 1:4 ( I cement : 4coarse sand) bedding. b) In Facia,Riser,skirting, including 20 mm thick or sizes as per working drawing laid over and including 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( I cement : 3coarse sand) backing including providing grooves if necessary chasing the brick masonry etc.complete.

Providing, laying and fixing in position at all floors and levels machine cut, machine polished natural granite stone of 18mm thick of approved quality & shade for flooring, skirting, cladding, treads , risers, tree guard top etc. on brick/ concrete surface etc., with polished granite stone of required sizes fixed with MYK Latricrete-335 multipurpose adhesive or equivalent over the necessary mortar bedding/ backing coat, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry mixed mixed with suitable pigments including fixing approved stainless steel cramps / pins at suitable intervals and approved adhesive such as araldite to ensure fixing of stone securely including making necessary recess in the granite to accommodate the hold cramps / pins and approved quality adhesives to ensure the fixing of stone securely grouting the joints with approved pigments,curing, cleaning ,rounding of edges,moulding, wastage and final hand polishing etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 2 nos. of 8mmx 8mm brass anti skid strips on each steps and landing including cutting of existing steps, fixing the strips with MYK laticrete adhesive,cement mortar, SS screws, including all materials, labours all as per drawings, specificiaiton and as directed by EIC

Providing & laying at all floors & locations bigger size Vitrified tile of approved make and shade having size of 2400mm x 1200 mm and 8.5mm thickness (orshall be as per manufacturers specification) inflooring / skirting / dado/ clading at all floorsand location in approved pattern and colour laid over cement mortar bedding/ backing,close jointed and grouted with white cementslurry and approved pigment as permanufacturer's specifications, finished tolevel, line, slope and plumb, cutting of tiles,wastage, making openings / cut out if neccesary, final cleaning of surfaces, curing, including providing and fixing 8 x 8 mm brass strips inserted in flooring etc. complete all as per drawings,specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. i) In flooring laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( I cement : 4 sand) bedding ii) In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 ( I cement : 3 sand) backing. iii) In dado/wall cladding laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) backing. Note : Rates shall be inclusive of providing and fixing of 8 x 8 mm brass strips in flooring as per drawing.

Providing and laying at all floors and levels 6mm.(min.) thick or as per specifications of approved manufactuer first quality matt finished / non-slippery ceramic tile flooring /dado/ cladding as per the approved pattern and colour as mentioned below of M/s H . R Johnson (I) Ltd. / M/s. Somani / M/s. Kazaria laid in cement mortar bedding / backing, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings /cutout if necessary, wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc.complete all as per drawings,specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge i) In Flooring with 300x300mm/ 320x320mm size tile laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) ii) In dado/ clading with 300x450mm/ 320x480mm mm size with approved design/ pattern etc. tile laid over 12 mm thick Cement mortar bedding 1:3 (1cement :3 sand) backing.

Providing, laying & fixing precast interlocking paver blocks of following gradeof M/s. Super tiles or at par quality of approved manufacture over a layer of 50mm thick stone dust over well consolidated sub-base including filling the joints withstone dust etc. transporting to site, placing to proper line & level, finishing the top surfaces with two coats of lacquer finish etc. including consolidation of sub base, properly vibrating with the surface vibrater, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface and including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceable material and disposing off debris and unserviceable materials to nearest dumping pit inside Anushaktinagar approved by statutory authority with all leads, loading, unloading etc inside etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note : The rate shall be inclusive of removing of existing paver blocks and disposal of unserviceable materials by mechanical transport including all lead and lift. 2.The rate shall also includes strengthening of sub base wherever required.

60mm thick Combi paver + flag stone or as per approved design,size and colour of M-35 grade.

Structural steel work in frames, covers, using angles, tees, flats, bars , chequered plates,inserts fabricated out of mild steel bars, ISMC,ISMB, ,angles, pipes , plates and diaphram plates for expansion joints etc. of all shapes, sizes including supplying, cutting,fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/chases wherever required,supplying CI gold color motifs, supplying Gate roller and fixing/embedding in position in concrete/brick workwith necessary hold fasts/ screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete/ brick work after fixing /embedding including painting two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour onall exposed surfaces over a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing stainless steel pipe for hand rail/grating/jali/SS channels at all floors & levels conforming to 310 Grade of steel,of Schedule 10-S , having 1000mm height approximately.Pattern is 50 & 25 mm dia.NB Pipe inhorizantal,40mm dia NB pipe in verticle. All as per pattern &design shown in drawing including necessary S.S bend,tees, welding / nut-bolt necessary anchoring polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs, making pockets,concreting, making good the surfaces etc. as per specifications drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing,fixing, manufacturing,assembling of wall cladding , wooden panneling,chairs, side table, manager table, computer table,Modular kitchen rack,wash basin counter etc. including adhesives, SS screw,SS hinges, SS channel, locking arrangement, labour, scaffolding, wastages etc all as per approved drawing and as directed by EIC for Dhruva Guest House using following materials. Providing,Making and placing decorative dining table of size: 3.0 m/3.3 m x 0.9 m/1.2 m. (approx) Or as per approved drawing consisting of followings: i)Table top made out of 18mm thick BWP grade marine plywood laminated one side 0.8 mm thick and top with artificial granite/synthetic marble with 12mm SS gold finish sheet T patti all around the table as border and 18 mm thick of approved quality with 36 mm thick moulded edges. ii)The wooden frame work made out of various sections of Burma teak wood as shown as directed by Engineer-in-charge to effectively supported the table top Vertical facia of wood to be carved as per design similar to as shown in picture matching with the existing design as directed. iii)The table to have approx 8 main supports made out of single piece sections of Burma teak and duly carved and design as per the drawing. iv)The table wooden frame work to be polished 2 coats of PU polish as per specification. v)The frame to fitted with PVC buffers.

Fabrication , supply and installation of Buffet table in marine plywood, laminated, synthetic marble top,1st BTC wood undercarriage, PU polished including all materials, adhesives, SS screw, labour, scaffolding, wastages etc all as per approved drawing and as directed by EIC. Providing,Making and placing decorative buffet table of Size: 4.5 m/4.8 m x 0.45 m/0.75 m. (approx) or as per approved drawing consisting of followings: i)Table top made out of 18mm thick BWP grade marine plywood laminated one side 0.8 mm thick and top with artificial granite/synthetic marble with 12 mm SS gold finish sheet T patti all around the table as border and 18 mm thick of approved quality with 36 mm thick moulded edges. ii)The wooden frame work made out of various sections of Burma teak wood as shown as directed by Engineer-in-charge to effectively supported the table top Vertical facia of wood to be carved as per design similar to as shown in picture matching with the existing design as directed. iii)The table to have approx 10 main supports made out of single piece sections of Burma teak and duly carved and design as per the drawing. iv)The table wooden frame work to be polished 2 coats of PU polish as per specification. v)The frame to fitted with PVC buffers.

Fabrication, supply and installation of dinning chairs in 1st BTC wood, PU polish, high density foam,premium quality fabric including all materials, labour, scaffolding, wastage, stiching etc. all as per approved drawing and as directed by EIC Providing,Making decorative wooden armed chairs of over all approx size 630 x 500 x 1000/1050 mm as per the approved design consisting of followings i)The chairs to consist Decorative wooden legs with design and carvings as approved made out of single piece section of Burma teak wood. ii)Seating frames with designs, curve and carved back rest as shown and base wooden ties if required as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. iii) Upholestry for seating, back rest and armed consisting of 40 PU foam rubber duly covered with high range fabric of approved design . iv) All wooden members are to be PU polished to get desired finish as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per specification. v) Wood to be used for work should be Burma teak wood. vi) The frame to fitted with PVC buffers.

Fabrication , supply and installation of Curved reception table with drawer,storage etc. in marine plywood, laminate, synthetic marble top,1st BTC wood, PU polished including all materials, adhesives, SS screw, labour, scaffolding, wastages etc all as per approved drawing and as directed by EIC. Providing,Making and placing decorative Curved 2 nos eash of size a) 1500x750x750mm & b) 1200x500x600mm reception table or as per approved drawing consisting of followings: 1. The unit to be made 19 mm thick marine plywood. The top of the unit to be 18 mm thick synthetic marble with 12 mm SS gold finish sheet T patti all around the table as border with 36 mm moulded edges. 2.The both inner and outer side is to be laminated with 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make. 3.The back panel to be made of 19mm thick marine plywood duly laminated on both sides. 4.The unit to have openable shutters and adjustable shelves in each compartment. The unit to have locking arrangement. The unit to have drawers with locking arrangement mounted on telescopic channels . 5.The wooden frame work made out of various sections of Burma teak wood as shown as directed by Engineer-in-charge to be carved as per design. 6.The table wooden frame work to be polished 2 coats of PU polish as per specification.

Fabrication , supply and installation of Circular Marble top table in marine plywood, laminate, synthetic marble top,1st BTC wood undercarriage, PU polished including all materials, adhesives, SS screw, labour, scaffolding, wastages etc all as per approved drawing and as directed by EIC. Providing,Making and placing decorative circular table of dia of 1.2 m/1.5 m (approx) or as per approved drawing consisting of followings: i)Table top made out of 18mm thick BWP grade marine plywood laminated one side 0.8 mm thick and top with artificial granite/synthetic marble with 12mm SS gold finish sheet T patti all around the table as border and 18 mm thick of approved quality with 36 mm thick moulded edges. ii)The wooden frame work made out of various sections of Burma teak wood as shown as directed by Engineer-in-charge to effectively supported the table top Vertical facia of wood to be carved as per design similar to as shown in picture matching with the existing design as directed. iii)The table to have approx 5-6 main supports made out of single piece sections of Burma teak and duly carved and design as per the drawing. iv)The table wooden frame work to be polished 2 coats of PU polish as per specification. v)The frame to fitted with PVC buffers.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Hilux Calcium Silicate board false ceiling fixed with self taping GI screws to Metal framed suspended ceiling comprises of G.I perimeter channel having 0.55 mm thickness, two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm is fixed to surrounding walls/partition using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centres. Then intermediate channel (0.91mm thick) having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and a web of 45 mm is suspended from the soffit at 1220 mm centre with ceiling angle of width 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55 mm thick, fixed to soffit with G.I cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 50.5 mm and flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across to the Intermediate channel, at 610/457 mm centers. 8 mm thick square/tapered edge Hilux Calcium Silicate Boards are then screw fixed along/across the ceiling sections with 25 mm long self drilling & tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter, at 200 mm centres through the Hilux Calcium Silicate Board fillets including edging angles, cutting and making arrangement with required reinforcement, to fix light fittings,Cove light,strip light, AC grills,access services doors/panel required double legged scaffolding / staging, finishing joints smooth to correct line and level complete with one coat of primer, two under coats of premium interior acrylic paint all as approved reflected false ceiling layout to approval and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note :1. Only calcium silicate false celing area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30Sqm 3.The work to be carried out by reputed / approved company having sufficient work experience of similar jobs. 4) The rate shall including cost of additional members required if any for making cut out for fixing light fixtures, A.C.grills / diffusers etc. 5) The rate shall also include cost of trap door including necessary fixtures etc.

Electrical works involved in tender shall be carried out by an expert electrical agency having Electrical Contractors License & experience in carrying out such electrical work

Disconnection & dismantling of the all existing electrical accessories like switches, sockets, ceiling roses, switchboards, wiring, cables, old lighting fixtures etc. in the area under renovation as per the drawings attached.

Point wiring: Providing point wiring for light / ceiling fan / 16A socket outlet/AC point etc. with 1100V grade, FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper wires in existing concealed conduit and / or providing 25mm x 16mm size white / ivory PVC casing capping on surface, controlling modular switches with on existing surface switch boards with required bakelite sheets//ready made fire retardant palstic boxes/readymade concealed GI switch boxes with cover plate & metal frame, angle / batten pendent lamp holders ,PVC round plates, 6A connectors in concealed junction boxes , ferrule numbers on both sides, 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wires for earthing of above said specifications, labelling etc. all as per site conditions, specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Dismantling and safe removing the old existing wall mounted split air conditioner along with pump down refrigerant in the system, safely remove its copper piping & packing of existing piping holes etc. and Re-installation, testing & commissioning of same AC including inter connecting copper piping, cabling, drain piping between IDU to ODU, fabrication work, leak testing for entire system, vaccumising using vacuum pump with suitable refrigerant charging as per installation manual, for smooth operation of AC`s etc complete all as per the instructions & to the entire satisfaction of EIC.
