WATER COOLERS Disconnection old unserviceable water cooler and supply & install new Aqua Clear Stainless Steel Water Cooler of capacity 60/80 ltrs with in built RO of storing capacity, of 60 Ltrs single phase 230 V, 50 Hz power consumption of 800 Watt to 1000 watt RO unit should have the Treated Water Flow of 1 m3/hr and Recovery : 55- 60%, Feed Water TDS should be 900 PPM (Max). Note:- Old unserviceable water cooler of any capacity will be shifted to AGE E/M-II yard.

Taking down carefully the old unservicable compressor unit from the water cooler and supply and fix new hermetically sealed compressor of suitable size & capacity from the authorised dealer and testing the compressor after fixing etc for the following model :-

Taking down of old unserviceable wall mounted stablizers and supply & installation of new Voltage stabliser of 5 KVA capacity automatic voltage stabilizer, wall mounted with input corrected range of 140 Volts to 280 Volts and output range voltage 225 Volts +/- 11% with digital display features of high and low out of range voltage shut down and time relay of 2 to 3 Mins on initial start Capacity – 5 KVA.

M & L for sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor stranded cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 4.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor stranded cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories / fittings etc and connected to common earth dolly including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed. Servicing and testing of Water Cooled Package Air Conditioners, comprising of Hermetic / Semi Hermetically sealed Scroll Compressors with microprocessor based control, including copper refrigerant piping, electrical interlocking between indoor units and condenser water pump motor, cooling tower motor etc, suitable for operation on R - 407C or any ecofriendly refrigerants , capacity not less then 3 x 15 TR (2 Working +1 No 50% stand by) i.e. one 15.0 TR standby as per air conditioning data sheet enclosed as Appendix 'A' with all equipment and accessories complete and comprising the following :- (a) Three Nos Package type air conditioning unit fully microprocessor controlled each of minimum 15.0 TR capacity complete and comprising of the following :-

(i) Hermetically sealed Scroll type compressor with inbuilt motor of matching capacity, electrically operated on three phase 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete with suction and discharge shut of valves, automatic capacity control with thermostats and solenoid valves, built in suction strainer, oil pump, hot gas muffler, oil pressure safety switch etc all as specified. (ii) Three Nos guage panel complete with HP/LP cut outs. oil switch, suction, discharge and oil pressure guage. (iii) Cooling coils of copper tube with aluminium fins. (iv) Filters, filter plenum and by pass dampers (03 Nos lots) with 90% efficiency to 20 microns. (vi) In built Blowers for weather makers complete (vii) Expansion valves and pilot solenoid valves.

Note:- The servicing to be carried out 02 times in the interval of 5 Months (viii) Three sets of spring antivibration pads and suitable foundation as per manufacturer's instructions for installation of the above package units. (ix) Necessary copper piping for liquid line complete with fittings valves etc. (x) First charge of ecofriendly refrigerant gas like R407C and oil for the complete plant. (xi) One set of flow switch in condenser water line (b) One lot of air distribution system from Package units to the space to be air conditioned and provision of return air plenum as per IS- 665 comprising of class VIII galvanized sheet with suitable supporting arrangements and bracing, supply / return / fresh air grills on wooden frame work duly painted / finished to match with the existing ceiling, fire damper fusible link operated

(b) One lot of air distribution system from Package units to the space to be air conditioned and provision of return air plenum as per IS- 665 comprising of class VIII galvanized sheet with suitable supporting arrangements and bracing, supply / return / fresh air grills on wooden frame work duly painted / finished to match with the existing ceiling, fire damper fusible link operated (c) Design and provision of hollow GI duct suitably insulated and weather protected from outside plant room to inside air conditioned room of suitable size and thickness duly supported on steel structure from AC Plant room to the rooms to be air conditioned for continuous supply and return air ducts with Plenum chamber and Canvas cloth joint.

(d) Necessary provision of FRP cooling tower with fan and fan motor working on 415 V AC 3 phase supply of suitable capacity along with water pumps of suitable capacity electrically operated, 3 phase 415 Volts, monoblock type- 02 Nos (Minimum capacity 5 HP), circulating water pipe line made up of ERW steel pipe heavy grade with all fittings and fixtures of suitable size and length duly painted on the outer surface area to the unit including necessary supports / laying underground as per OEM specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rate quoted for Sr Item No. 60.00 is inclusive of provision cost of Sr Item No. 60.03 & 60.04

Taking down of existing armstrong type false ceiling carefully, and re-fixing the same after installation of new ducts including removal of existing old air ducts.

Dismantling/ taking down burnt squirrel Cage Induction Motor of any capacity, 3 Phase, 415V, 1450 RPM of any make from its base and transporting the motor to the Contractor's workshop and back, refixing the motor at site after carrying out the following repairs/ renewals complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) opening the side covers and removing the rotor and cutting/ removing the burnt coils / winding from stator. (ii) Cleaning the slots carefully (iii) Rewinding the stator using super enamelled copper winding wire with same size, number of coils, number of turms/ coils as per data acquired from the old burnt motor, including varnishing two coats, drying and reassembling the electric motor at site (iv) Testing the coils for there continuity and no current passing through the stator core.

(v) Dynamic testing of the rotor and alignment of the main shaft and ensure that no imbalance vibtrations. (vi) Re-assembling the rotor and connecting the end terminals to the terminal plate of the motor, closing the ends with side covers (vii) Testing and commissioing the electric motor connecting to the electric supply to its full load by connecting the compressor. (viii) Renewal of Bolts, nuts and washers Note :- Parts renewed i.e Ball bearing shall be measured and paid separately. However filling of grease and oiling extra shall be deemed to be included in Unit rates.
