Grease grade no. 150 - 10 Kg to Gear train, Pedastal, Drum axle,Trunion pin, Locking box and Lifting bracket pin etc. and refilling of oil of Radial gate of 20 MT cap hoist -1 No., including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantalling & Replacing old damaged Brake Liner 200 mm Ø - 1set by new one of 20 MT Cap Hoist of Radial Gate, including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantalling & Replacing old damaged Brake Coil - 1 No set by new one (200 mm Ø ) of 20 MT Cap Hoist of Radial Gate, including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantaling & Replacing old damaged Brake Drum (200 mm Ø) Rubber bushes & Bolts - 6 Nos each by new one of 20 MT Cap Hoist of Radial Gate, including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantaling & Replacing old damaged ICTP Switch 16 Amp 415V with neutral link - 1No (as per Specification) by new one of 20 MT Cap Hoist of Radial Gate, including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old damaged side rubber seal from gate leaf of R.G 12 x 4 m - 1No. Supplying & fitting new L type side rubber seal confirming to IS 11855-1986 (Updated) size 90x15x65x18 - 4.94 mtr and G.I. bolt M-20x90 - 49 Nos and dismantling of old damaged Bottom rubber seal from gate leaf of R.G. 12 x 4 m -1No. Supplying & fitting new flat type bottom rubber seal confirming to IS 11855- 1986 (Updated) size 90x15 mm - 12.2 mtr and G.I. bolt M20x80 - 97 Nos with double washer including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of Drain Holes of Horizontal girder, End arm assembly, Locking box etc, of R.G. 12x 4 m - 1 No by way of removing rust, dust slurry, any other foreign particles etc , including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete all as per specified & directed.

Dismantalling & Cleaning of Track Roller - 4 Nos of stoplog Gate 12 x 1 Mtr - 1 No. and refitting with M. P. Grease - 4 Kg & Damaged 'O' Ring - 12.00 Mtr., including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete (05 Nos Of Gate Leafs.) 04 x 05 = 20. all as specified & directed.

Dismantaling of damaged side rubber seal and Bottom rubber seal from gate leaf of stoplog gate of size 12 x 1 m -1 No, on Maintenance Platform and fitting new Hollow type side rubber seal confirming to IS11855 / 1986 and G. I. Bolt with Double Washer and Nut with satisfactory test & trial. , including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete (05 Nos Of Gate Leafs.) all as specified & directed.

Handling charges of one piece of 12 x 1 Mtr Stoplog gate for repairs to radial gate considering lowering, lifting & stacking on platform / on storing arrangement , including cost of material, sundry material and labour charges with leads & lifts at site etc complete ( No of Stoplog 05 nos operation for 8 stoplog gate 4 times = 5x 4 = 20). all as specified & directed.
