Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas on all depths and widths including getting out and disposal of all excavated earth in all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a). Ordinary rock.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

a). 1:5:10 (one Cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (fourty milimetre) nominal size

a). 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand): four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

a). Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cold twisted bars.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick edging 7 cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing Sal wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Second class teak wood glaged shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws etc.complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick: a) 4 mm thick glass pane (weight not less than 10 kg per sqm).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a). 80 x 1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover etc.

40 mm (forty milimetre) thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre)nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

18mm (eighteen milimetre) thick Cement plaster skirting up to all height, with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.40 mm wide and 4 mm thick

Providing and laying Glossy vitrified floor tiles double charged in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, (Kazaria/ Nitco/ Orient bell make), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a). Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(TATA/ JINDAL MAKE)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(TATA/ JINDAL MAKE).

15 mm (fifteen milimetre thick) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime to give an even shade etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.. a). New work (three or more coats)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacturer on steel galvanized iron/ steel works etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying a coat of mordant solution on G.S. sheet With a solution made of 13 gms of hydrochloric acid in a solution of 13 gms each of copper chloride, copper nitrate and ammonium chloride dissolved in a litre of soft water etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge: a).New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on new wood/steel of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of Required shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface .

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a) One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a) One or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. a).With cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge a).Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & Painting to be paid for separately) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick imported pine wood paneling/lining & ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wooden screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge (Frame work to be measured and paid for separately).

Polishing two coats with melamine polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
