Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc. 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening and making good disturbed surfaces of jambs by matching with existing treatment complete all as specified & directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutters 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window ot other frames/chowkats of size 50 x 75mm comprising of vergin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood poder/rice husk/wheet husk) and non toxic additive etc all as per SSR park 2 ser No 08110A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additive etc all as per SSR 2020 part-2 ser No 08105C, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 75/100 mm size mortice lock of brass, vertical type, 4 levers, complete all as directed.

S&F 18mm (+-0.7mm) thick celuka PVC Ply of density 600kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 900-2008 certified company one side prelam and other side plain for kitcher cabinate and capboard shutter and also manufacturer's test report and test certificate is mandatory with each and every supply of material complete all as specified and directed.
