Material and Labour for cutting of existing 50 mm bore GI pipe line and including inserting GI Tee of size 50mm x 50mm x 50 mm including earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate of GI Tee of size 50mm x 50mm x 50 mm and earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of any type of soil is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT power distribution panel board with CRCA sheet and CPRI approved, outdoor cubicle type, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, free floor mounted front and back openable, made out of 3.15 mm thick cold rolled MS sheet of suitable size to accommodate the following items, vermin proof, dust proof, supported on and including ISMC 75 X 40mm powder coated steel frame and totally powder coated with epoxy siemen grey colour from inside and outside with locking arrangement and fixing arrangement i.e nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc, with naturally air cooled bus bar 4 strip suitable for 300 Amps with detachable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable including termination of cable ends both incoming and outgoing with sufficient working space inside including installing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed consisting of following :-

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and fixing street light bracket 1.5 mtr long , bend to 120 degree angle, made with 40 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade tubing including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer including complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of Automatic Street light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level.Required illumunance Level for Switching ON is<30 Lux and for Switching OFF >10 lUX.The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min .4 hrs to max.12 hrs .The sensor along with suitable power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole / wall mountable Rust proof,Electric shock proof,Termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate Enclosure conforming to IP66 protection class 2. Material and Labour for construction of Septic tank 150 users including earth work in any type of soil i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed and all as shown on drawings No.CEBZ/TD/77/2011 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 Note:- The rate of earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of any type of soil is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and Labour for construction of Soakage well excavation, in any type of soil, of size 2.4 M dia X 6.0 M effective depth of any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed and all as shown on drawings No.CEBZ/TD/78/2011 sheet 1/2 to 2/2 Note:- The rate of earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of any type of soil is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated) sheet, any thickness in roof covering complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling structrual steel work as in purlins, rafters, unframed trusses of angle, tee, MS tube, channels like section, doors gates complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling ceiling board fixed with screws or nails to MS grid frame in panels complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) compete all as specified and as directed .

Demoition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of Reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specifiedand as directed .

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking up or down steel tubing or connections bore of pipe 25mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing or connections f bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking down Cast iron soil/waste pipes 100mm bore size fixed with cement/lead joints laid in floors or fixed to walls including all fittings complete all as specified.

Taking down Cast iron soil/waste pipes 75mm bore size fixed with cement/lead joints laid in floors or fixed to walls including all fittings complete all as specified.

Dismantling PVC water tanks exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres including all accessories

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring ( light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants,regulators sockets, light fitting etc .
