REPAIRS TO COMPOUND WALL, FENCING OF COAST GUARD AT TECH AREA GOA UNDER GE (I) CG GOA

Demolition of PCC solid block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, PCC coping etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs of size 300X300X20cm type C-1 1:3:6, with using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/PCC solid block wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for steel members of fence, gate etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in post holes, any thickness, size or shape (including caps and bases) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured seperately
