Charpoy GI Pipe with Nylon Newar : FD-220

Removing of UNSV nylon newar from GI Pipe frame of charpoy and tightening the frame so that after fixing of Plywood there is no swing. (Elbow,Check nut if required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately )

Supply and fixing of 02 Nos of flat iron of size 50mmx6mm dia of equal length to width of plywood/GI Charpoy, bending the flat iron to the shape reqd to fix it tightly to the frame of GI Pipe with nut, bolt and washers of size 65-75mmx6mm dia including necessary drilling into GI Pipe and welding to portion of flat iron all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Drilling holes 02 Nos in each long rails and short rails and 02 Nos in each iron flats at centre as directed by Engr-in -charge

Supply and fixing of plywood BWR Grade (ISI marked) of size 1980x900x12mm thick and fixed to Charpoy GI Pipe with nut,bolt and washer of size 65-75mmx6mm dia, (Make of plywood Kitply/Green ply/Century ply)

Material and labour for two coat of black paint over a coat of Red Oxide primer on flat iron 50mmx6mm including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
