Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material,mixing in a machanical plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density,Complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying U/S gravel to the specified thick including cost and conveyance of U/S gravel from approved quarry and stocking the same at road side to Departmental guage for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Officers including labour charges for spreading in layers not exceeding 75 mm thick (or) as specified by the departmental officers, levelling, sectioning etc., and all other charges for tools and plants employed for the work and all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per standard specification. as per clause 301 & 305 of MORTH

Providing and laying WMM (Wet Mix Mecadam) of 150 mm compacted thickness in two layers of 75 mm thick or else as specified on the prepared sub base with graded stone aggregate and granular material of quality size and grading pasting in layor with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 80-100 KN static weight and fine dressing for required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing equipments equipments safety measures testing and incidents necessary to complete the work as per MORTH 406

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and blow with 46.28kgs of VG 30 /VG 40 bitumen and 4.02kg of shreded plastit wast for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.

Road marking with Hot Applied ThermoPlastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminious Surface Proving and Laying of Hot Applied thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick inculding reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads As Per IRC: 35 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes Inculding all Charges etc.., complete
