Servicing of the Diesel Engine Set of capacity 67.71 kW / 92 hp i/c overhauling, checking, servicing, greasing of movable parts etc as reqd., i/c re-testing & commissioning etc complete as reqd Air/Fire filter with assembly-02 nos, oil filter-1 set, mobile oil 20 ltr self-Start servicing, nozzle servicing, radiator cleaning complete as reqd at site, scope also includes providing Coolant and servicing of heat exchanger, with crediting of all dismantle material to contractor.

Diesel Storage Tank Cleaning Reconnection & re-fixing including providing Diesal 40 Ltrs

Servicing of the starter control panels of Diesal Engine alongwith making proviosions of Auto Start mode of Diesal Engine.

Servicing of Elect. driven main fire pump set of having capacity 75kW /100hp pump motor installed for Hydrants and Sprinklers, scope includes overhauling, checking, servicing, greasing and re-fixing the same after effecting necessary servicing/cleaning of internal parts and checking of mechanical seal etc providing of sleeves-6, gasket-3 etc complete as reqd for smooth operation of machines, with crediting of all dismantle to contractor.

Servicing of the starter control panels for Main Hydrant Pump, Sprinkler Pump alongwith refixing of the contactors and relays after cleaning etc. Make the System run on Auto Mode.

Servicing of Jockey Pump of having capacity 15 HP including dismantling from the location, checking servicing, greasing and re-fixing the same and checking of mechanical seal etc providing sleeves-6, gasket-3 etc for smooth operation as complete as reqd. all the dismantle will be property of contractor.

Servicing of the starter control panels for Jockey Pumps alongwith refixing of the contactors and relays after cleaning etc. Make the System run on Auto Mode.

Servicing of terrece Pump of capacity 12.5 HP include dismantling from the location, checking servicing, greasing and re-fixing the same after effecting necessary servicing, checking mechanical seal etc providing sleeves-6, gasket-3 etc for smooth operation as complete as reqd. all the dismantle will be property of contractor.

Servicing of starter control panels for Terrece Pumps alongwith refixing of the contactors and relays after cleaning etc. Make the System run on Auto Mode.

Providing Shed for terrece pupms and their starter panels in a way to protect them from direct sun light or rain, respectively.

Servicing of existing main fire alarm panel installed at Hostel Block and Acedemic Block, dismantling of all existing control wiring, wiring the same, dismantling of various card / line and re- fixing the same after cleaning, enabled the supply of speaker, checking supply of all zone, Providing compatible Batteries set the scope of work included all material which require for start the panel. Dismantle accessories will be credited to contractor.

Provision to operate / manage the Fire Alarm Panel from Single Point.

Providing, Laying, Testing & Commissioning of "C" Class heavy duty MS pipe confroming to IS 3589/ IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbow, tees, flangs, tapers, nut bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ ceiling with suitable clamp/ support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required i) 150 mm

Providing, Laying, Testing & Commissioning of "C" Class heavy duty MS pipe confroming to IS 3589/ IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbow, tees, flangs, tapers, nut bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ ceiling with suitable clamp/ support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required ii) 100 mm

Providing, Laying, Testing & Commissioning of "C" Class heavy duty MS pipe confroming to IS 3589/ IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbow, tees, flangs, tapers, nut bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ ceiling with suitable clamp/ support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required iii) 80mm

Supplying and fixing 63 mm dia, stainless steel, 15 m long RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male and female couplings duly bound with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS 636 (type-A) as required.

Supplying & fixing 63 mm dia stainless steel short branch pipe with 20 mm nominal internal diameter size nozzle conforming to IS 903 suitable for instantaneous connection to interconnect hose pipe coupling as required.

Refilling of ABC Stored Type Fire Extinguisher Filled with mono ammonium Phospate Dry Chemical ABC Powder complete with specifications, Capacity 4 KG

Refilling of CO2 type Fire Extinguishers Complete as required, Capacity 4.5 KG

Cleaning of smoke detectors, make them dust free to restrict the issue of flase alarm and as per requirement of site.

Provision of Providing controllers alongwith with control Panel and necessary control wiring work making Mechnical Ventilation System/ Exhaust Fans installed in basement 2 and Basement 1, compatible to run in Auto Mode in Case of Fire/Smoke.
